At Buffalo Airport, our guests are met and greeted inside the terminal at the baggage conveyors, located on the arrivals level. After deplaning, follow the signs to the baggage claim area, accessible via an escalator. Your driver will be waiting at the bottom of the escalator with a tablet displaying your name. They will assist you in retrieving your baggage from the carousel and escort you to your vehicle.

Easily spot your vehicle, a silver car with the “Wheelz Niagara” logo in black and orange, waiting at your pre-arranged pick-up location as scheduled. We are always punctual, so please be ready to depart!

• Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

• Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
