- Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

- New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 8 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
- If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our interactive audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese
- In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
- Bus drivers are not required to provide seats for children under 8 and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance
- Departure is at 4:00am from Times Square in New York City. Travel time to Niagara Falls is approximately 7-8 hrs, with a stop for rest. Arrival time at Niagara Falls is around 11:00am. If you have chosen the option that includes Maid of the Mist, available only from May to October, you will enjoy a boat ride to the falls aboard the Maid of the Mist. After admiring the Falls up close, you will have free time to have lunch on your own, before beginning the journey back to New York, where, after 7-8 hrs of travel, arrival is estimated between 11:00pm and midnight.

Amazing falls - It was amazing, the travel, the landscapes, maid of the mist was one of my incredible experiences, see the falls, get wet in the boat.
And the best part was to see Canada’s land in the other side.

Roberto the guide guy and... - Roberto the guide guy and the drivers very good but … at the end they turn off the air conditioner for a wild and it was very hot!!!!! And…. The Niagara’s fall impressive but , going from Manhattan is crazy!!!! Is 7 hours going and 7 hours back plus getting off for food and restrooms!! It is way……. Too long in one day!!! . Have that in mine!! Before you expend $558 for a couple plus tips!!. Won’t do it again!!!!

Magical if not rushed through! - The trip was long, which was expected. We did feel very rushed through Niagara Park as our tour guide was more concerned about getting back to Manhattan. We also weren’t reminded about the audio tour and it actually never came up. Tour guide hassled a lot for tips!

Niagara Falls is amazing, but the tour service is not worth it - Although we enjoyed the spectacular Niagara Falls, the tour service was very disappointing:
1. Awkward bus: The seats were insufferable for a 7-hour round trip.
2. Unprofessional guide: Arthur, the guide, asked for tips insistently (at least five times) and even scolded the group for not leaving enough. He even had an argument with another tourist for this reason.
3. Lack of information: No interesting data about the destination was shared, merely giving instructions and times to take photos.
4. Additional charges: We were charged for park tickets, even though the tour indicated they were included.
Positive aspects:
Niagara Falls is a stunning and worthwhile experience.
The park staff was very friendly and helpful, improving our experience.
The trip makes intermediate stops to go to the bathroom and buy something in supermarkets, which is practical.
Final recommendation: If you are considering visiting Niagara Falls, I suggest you avoid this tour. It’s best to search for a bus on your own, plan your visit with Google Maps, and explore the iconic spots for yourself. They will be much cheaper and can enjoy the experience without the hassles of poor service.
The destination is amazing, but this tour would not recommend it at all.
