We meet in front of the Hard Rock Cafe in NIagara Falls NY, your Guide will be looking for you by name to check you in. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time, parking can be expensive and limited on busy days near Hard Rock: there is free parking at the Seneca Casino.

We signed up for the 9am... - We signed up for the 9am tour and instructions were to be there by 8:45am. The Tour actually started at 10:00am so there was no need to be there that early. Other than that minor annoyance, the tour was great! We had Jacob and he was very engaging, entertaining, and knowledgeable! Would definitely recommend his guided tour if you’re into the history of the park and want some context about the park and the falls. He gave some great tips on where to stand for optimal viewing. It was a lot of fun!

Ask for Greg as your guide!! Definitely the best!! - Booked through viator for Maid of the Mist tour. The company we booked through was Niagara regional tours and it was an absolute amazing experience. Our tour guide Greg was phenomenal, so knowledgeable and very informative. Would definitely recommend this tour and to have Greg as your tour guide.

Boat with guide1/10 - Don't get the guided tour, just show up to the boat. The wait in line wasn't bad. The tour guide never showed up to the meeting point. Waited for 30min in direct sunlight, the ladies in the group were not happy...

Misleading booking experience. Non-existent customer service. - BEWARE! The website and booking process are misleading. I booked tickets only to realize once the reservation confirmation arrived it was for a much larger, longer tour than desired. The customer service connected with someone out of the country and was not helpful at all. *Note - This is not a review of the tour guides.

WASTE of time and Money DONT do it - This is a waste of money. All he does is walk you around the front of the park and talk about the daredevils and people who committed suicide, which was not appropriate for my 11-year-old nephew to hear. Then he just takes you to the ticket booth, and that is the last you see of him. I thought we were buying tickets for a guided tour while on the boat. DON'T waste your money, you can buy tickets directly to ride the boat.

Terrible experience - The boat ride was great, but we could have purchased tickets directly from Maid of the Mist for much less and done less walking, saved hours standing in various lines, and paid less in parking fees. The Tour website offers a refund on your tickets but when I called (24 hours prior) the number given I reached an automated message that offered no ability to speak with a rep or leave a message. Website was very misleading and I thought I was buying tickets directly from MOTM. We arrived a day prior and visited the MOTM, in speaking to their rep we were told our tickets were with Niagara Regional Tours, who met offsite and walked you over to the park. Although we arrived early and were the first to arrive the place was soon chaos with a large number of people meeting with various guides. The NRT guides wore nothing to indicate who they were.when we finally met up with our guide we had lost our spot with the first group going to MOTM. As I said earlier, the boat ride was spectacular but we should have never got our tickets from NRT.
