Beautiful Niagara Falls - Awesome experience. Very organized tour. Fun tour guide. Exciting maid of the mist boat ride and cave of the winds Ponchos are great but a bit long for short people!!

Great tour with a very knowledgeable guide - Our tour was great! Our guide, Brian, really knows his stuff. He told us all about Niagra Falls. A lot of history, which was cool. We went to Luna Island, Terrapin Point and Cave of the Winds. We had a great time!

We loved the tour our guide Brian did a excellent job - 5 was excellent the experience, the fact of the falls was all interesting. The best experience we loved the waterfall got very wet but we loved it

Too long!! - It’s easy to take a ticket at the booth and go down instead of the tour guide We spend unnecessary too long around 2 hours

See above - The information received was to meet at the “Tesela” arch. First time to Niagara use Waze and Google took us to center of Goat island. We arrived 30 minutes early but by the time we asked three different people where the arc was and by the time I called the help number it was five minutes pass the meeting time and we missed our appointed entry. The gentleman I spoke to directed us to go to the ticket station and pay for the tickets and he would give us a full refund which appeared with in the same day. It was a great response and I fully would recommend them again. My recommendation is they clarify the meeting area “in front of the ticket boot by the arc. I saw the arch but no where on the arch it was called “Tesla Arch” Also all maps do not show the arch.

- Heads up. We did not end up going. I can not say if it is good or bad. I can however give this guidance. I do feel that we were a bit mislead. If you want an hour plus walking tour that you can walk on your own (you may miss a few details that you can research on your own) and if you want the guide to walk up to the ticket window and buy your tickets for 23 dollars that you can walk up and buy yourself and you have already paid 47 for.... Then this is the tour for you.
