The prominent offshore rock formation is known as Hon Chong, or Chong Rock, featuring a square-shaped block resting on a larger, flatter one. You can observe the distinct imprints of a giant’s five-fingered hand etched into the stone facing the sea. According to legend, a giant was fishing there when a massive fish took the bait and dragged him away. He attempted to pull himself back with his fishing rod, pressing his other hand against the large rock, leaving the visible imprints.
