Travel to Ba Na Hill from Da Nang - The Shuttle Bus to Ba Na Hill from Da Nang Tour which my wife and I took a few days ago was a very wholesome experience. The vehicle was clean, has soft seating, cold air conditioning and in good running condition. The driver was courteous and drove safely. Further, the tour guide, Ms. Trang Nguyen, was exceptional as she very knowledgeably explained to our travelling group (consisting of foreign visitors going to Vietnam for the first time) the background of Ba Na Hill and its different attractions. And then at Ba Na Hills itself, during lunch, the group have to split into at least three sub-groups due to different meal preferences of the members. Since the meal sites are located in separate locations in a wide area, I could not imagine how was she able to finish her own meal on the allotted time. I give her an Excellent performance rating.

Visit to Bana Hills. - Prompt service, comfortable bus. Driver was efficient and courteous. Great way to get there if you're not taking a tour. We had been there several times, so knew our way around.

Clean and speedy return trip to Ba Na Hills - Good trip on a nice clean, air conditioned bus. Driver was fast but safe and they even provided us with a little bottle of water. Communication was via WhatsApp beforehand to ensure we knew where and where to get picked up.

Highly recommend - Highly recommend this service. We booked the shared transfer service because we didn’t want to tackle getting to Ba Na Hills on our own, or have the restrictions of a full group tour. This company provided excellent communication from the time of booking, assistance with booking entrance tickets to SunWorld (either online prior to trip with payment via PayPal, or on the day paying cash), and an English speaking guide on the bus. Hotel pickup/drop off is offered in some locations and the schedule was on time. The guide is also available to assist you get through the very busy entrance of SunWorld and up to Golden Bridge. They also can provide basic orientation to SunWorld, which we found helpful. Alternatively you can choose to do this on your own and meet back at the bus at the end of the day. Having both options is fantastic. The guide is also contactable via WhatAp or Messenger, so if you get lots they’ll come and find you and help you! SunWorld and Ba Na Hills isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but if your are going to go, this service is excellent.

Nice entertainment - The trip to Bana Hills was nice. The guide always keeps us entertained and it was fun to interact with him. As he likes to sing he should learn "Ce n'est qu'un au revoir". The bus was comfortable and cute.

Very satisfied - Everything worked out great with the shuttle. Quick replies on WhatsApp. But you should be prepared for the fact that the same cars don't always drive. So where you are dropped off, you won't be picked up again with the same car. So it's better to always have the internet on so you can be notified on WhatsApp. Other than that, you can't complain.
