Cooking class - Very interesting and fun experience. Jenny started by taking us to the local market to pick out all the ingredients we needed. We then came back to the kitchen and cooked some delicious food. I would recommend to anyone coming to da nang.

Happy Student with Chef Minch !!! - I went solo on this class !! Cute Chef Minch is super helpful and so patience explaining to me how to prepare the food and cook every single dishes !!!! Going to the market experience is such a joy and so worth it to interac with the locals !!! I had a great time with Chef Minch !!!! Definitely will recommend others for this class !!!! And I am going to try to make this food back to Canada 🇨🇦!!!! Happy student 👩🎓😊😊😍

Recommended!!! - Really enjoyed the class! It turned out to be a class of two so it wasn't too crowded. We got to see and buy the ingredients from the local market and our instructor Bora was really informative and patient with us throughout the class! Would recommend 10000/10

Great experience - Very tasty food! Enjoyed my experience. Bora helped us through the dishes and was knowledgeable. She also taught us about the different spices used in each dish.

Local cooking class in danang - Had a great time at the cooking class with my sister during our trip to Da Nang. Bora was our instructor and she was so patient throughout. She took the time to explain the history and cultural significance of food, ingredients and preparation methods. She had a witty sense of humour and made the class fun and enjoyable. We made a total of 5 Vietnamese dishes that were really yummy

A Delicious and Memorable Cooking Class Experience! - I had such a wonderful time at this cooking class! From the moment we met up at the cozy location on Nguyen Ba Lan street, everything was thoughtfully organized and welcoming. We started by visiting a nearby local market, where we learned about Vietnamese ingredients and picked out fresh produce for our dishes, an experience that felt both authentic and immersive.
Back at the kitchen, we jumped into preparing a delicious 5-dish menu that included Bún Bò Huế, Bánh Xèo, Tam Hữu fresh rolls, young jackfruit salad, and a refreshing Da Nang-style avocado ice cream. There was also a vegetarian version available, which was a thoughtful touch for those who needed it.
Our instructor, Jenny, was absolutely fantastic! She was knowledgeable, patient, and so friendly. She made the class both fun and educational, sharing not just cooking techniques but also insights into local life and culture.
After all our hard work, we sat down to enjoy the meal we made together, accompanied by fresh fruit, rice vodka, and great conversation. It was the perfect way to end the class.
To top it all off, we each received a cookbook and a certificate to remember the experience. I left with a full stomach, new skills, and a deeper appreciation for Vietnamese cuisine. Highly, highly recommended!

Great host, great food!! - My group of friends and I truly enjoyed our time with Bora learning about the different dishes. We even went to the market to gather needed ingredients. Id definitely recommend this class to all!! Thanks Bora!! ❤️

10/10 - would 100% recommend - I had such a great time at the cooking class. Jenny is so nice, friendly, kind and also a great cooking instructor!! First, we did a market tour where I learnt about the market, the different ingredients etc. Then we started preparing the meals. Everything was well planned and clean. Jenny modified the recipes to make them vegetarian for me. And it was so fun to talk to Jenny and cook at the same time. The food was also sooo tasty, I loved it.
