Jenny is amazing!! - Jenny organised our intineary for our family trip to Vietnam. She was very helpful in making sure we were taken care of, including transport to and from the airport, since the start of our trip to the very end of our stay. She was contactable whenever we needed information such as recommendations for food, shopping and tourist attractions. She even organised birthday present and cake for my daughters birthday, that was celebrated during the trip. Lastly, the tour guides organised by her team are all extremely pleasant and caring, all making a fantastic team!

Awesome Experience - Probably the best tour I have ever been on with Viator. The highlight was having lunch at the tour operator’s parents’ house. The food was delicious and the parents were very gracious. This was the very first tour where you feel connected with the people of the country you are visiting. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone that visits Hanoi.

The most amazing day of our trip - Today felt like we spent the day with family. We learned so much from each village experience. But the best part was dinner with Jennys family. They welcomed us to their home. The food was the best we have had this week. But better still was the family. My husband and Jennys uncle became fast friends. Even with the language barrier.

Hanoi Handicraft Tour - This day tour definitely offers something different than the usual options, with visits to handicraft villages focused on incense, fish traps and soy sauce. Trung was a great guide and was able to share insights about the various sights. While the crafts were interesting, the true highlight was lunch with Jenny's family, a delicious spread prepared for us in their home. The only downside would be the considerable distance between the villages - we spent a lot of time in the car. As long as your prepared for the travel time, this is a great day out of Hanoi.

10 of 10 - It was one of most special travel experience I 've ever had. Huge thanks to our guide and driver. Jenny wasn't just a guide, she were like a knowledgeable friend who knows the culture and best spots well. She made us feel like we were really getting to know this country, not just seeing it. The best part was the vibe. This is not kind of tour a bunch of strangers sharing a drive, it feel more like a small unit of friend hanging out. Jenny invited us to her home for lunches and we seated together like a family. and because their sincere and personal approach to guiding, we didn't just learn about the country and culture, we felt like got to know it, its heart and its people

A leisurely informative day - This was an interesting and leisurely trip. We made a circle around Hanoi to visit 3 distinct areas. The first was an area (not in a village per se) that makes a special fermented soy product, almost like a miso only liquid. We were able to see how they make it, and the several phases. It is a small operation, 3 generations. And the whole area everyone makes this. Next we visited a small village where a the whole town makes things by weaving bamboo. We saw how they cut and make the strips. The fish traps were being made by several women and the place was dominated by an 85 year old veteran who showed us his military pictures, his pet rooster, how he sold his fish traps and was generally a charming character. We then went to Jenny’s village, where her mother, a former chef, made an elaborate and delicious meal, which we ate in her beautiful home. Then on to a village where the entire village makes incense. Every household participates in some aspect of the process. We were able to make purchases but never asked to. We bought a bottle of the soy and some packets of the incense. It is not an arduous or active trip, and there is a lot of car time, but very enjoyable. Our guide was Jenny’s husband and he gave us a lot of information, both on the drive and at the stops.

Amazing and worked beyond call of duty - We had an amazing experience thanks to Jenny. She not only booked all our accommodation, tours and car transfers, but also took us on a personal tour herself. Throughout the trip she stayed in touch, checking in to see how we were going and offering help if we needed anything. It gave us real peace of mind knowing someone local was looking out for us. If anything had gone wrong, I know she would’ve sorted it quickly. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Best full day tour ever of 3 traditional villages outside of Hanoi - This was definitely the best tour we took during our month long stay in Vietnam . Jenny is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable about her home country . All 3 of the villages we went to were super interesting and fun in their own way . I don’t want to do too much of a spoiler alert but the older gentleman handcrafting the bamboo fish traps was such a character we will never forget him . The entire day was well organized and the driver did a great job too . We had an authentic home cooked meal with a variety of dishes for lunch . Jenny is a great photographer too. She took better photos of us than a professional photographer in Hoi A did. I wished we had booked her tour earlier in our Hanoi stay . She explained so many things to us and had great suggestions and tips. Honestly , if you have the time to take this full day tour , you won’t regret it
