Nowhere else in Vietnam can soy sauce be produced with such exceptional quality and rich flavor as in Ban Yen Nhan village, Hung Yen province. This tradition has been preserved through generations and continues to flourish today. The traditional production process involves combining fermented soybeans with rice mash, then allowing the mixture to ferment further in large clay jars, often under the sun for several months.
