- Languages Available: Audio and Written Guides are available at the mansions in one of the following languages. Please inquire upon arrival. Audio tours of The Breakers are available in English, French, Spanish, German and Chinese. The audio tour of Marble House is available in English, French, Spanish and German.
- Audio Tours - Bring your phones and headsets! To listen to the self-guided tour, group members must bring their own smart device with earbuds/headsets and download the tour from the Newport Mansions app. It is highly recommended to download the app and open the app to download the tour before you arrive. If you do not have headphones, you may read the tour transcript in the app or pick up a printed script at the mansion.

Great way to tour Newport! - It was a great way to see so much history of Newport and cover a lot of ground! There were so many extravagant mansions, it was so nice to get the stores behind so many of them! You have to do one of the mansion tours (either the Breakers or the Marble House, you definitely want to go inside!)

Excellent tour - Our guide, Ray Lynch, is a lifelong Newport respond brought a great deal to the tour experience.
You hear about history of the area as well as local color.

Newport mansion tour - This trolley tour is the perfect way to see Newport! We were lucky to have Jim as our guide. He was very knowledgeable about the area. He made everyone laugh as well! Would highly recommend for people who are new to the area or if you’ve just never done a tour before!

Nice Newport overview - Great overview of Newport and its history. A little hard to see some of the things mentioned. Also, a little hard to understand the guide at times but overall a good experience. Our ticket included a tour of the Breakers or Marbles house. We saw the Marble but would recommend seeing Breakers instead. You really are limited to seeing only a few rooms in the Marble.

Mansion Trolley Tour - If you decide to take this tour be prepared to do a lot of stair climbing at the mansions and plan accordingly.
