All passengers are transported via complimentary shuttle buses from Napier Port to the Napier iSite Visitor Information Centre.

Our store is conveniently located directly across the street from the Visitors Centre.

We adjust our opening hours to align with your ship’s docking time, ensuring you make the most of your visit!

• At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name
• Children must be accompanied by an adult
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
