The tour guide was phenomenal! I'm terrible with names...should always write them down...I think his name was Andrew. Extremely knowledgeable and quit witting and interesting...
I was hoping for more details about the various shady ladies-there was more walking than talking. The Japanese courtesans have such a rich history and not much was said. The egyptian cups were very interesting but no effort was made for everyone to get a chance to see them up close. The docent allowed people on the tour to talk off topic for much too long. He should have given rules for the walk in the beginning-that there would be a scheduled bathroom break, not to wander away, if you are not on time then the tour goes off without you. It was a large group and many were very rude to the desires of the rest. At one point one person was so tired of the blabbing that she said that's enough lets go on to the next exhibit! I really felt that for the two hour tour not too many items of art were discussed. Not worth the money, but a good concept.
Knowledgeable guide. Interesting topic. Would be nice to have literature to accompany even for additional cost
I was part of a group that had 19 attendees. I felt the group a bit too large. Perhaps they should be capped at 12 making it a bit easier to hear and navigate around the museum. Despite that I thought the tour was great!!!!!
Great tour! I had trouble hearing every now and then
I wanted to see more art
Tour was interesting, however, I would have liked to see more in the way of exhibits - with slightly less in-depth historical information. Overall, we enjoyed the tour very much!
Our guide was extraordinary - I now have a different prospective to view portraits. Thank you!
It was a great experience! Our lecturer made the tour so fun and interesting! He was smashing! Can't wait to return!
We enjoyed the stories and the walk through the museum. We were able to see parts of the building we haven't been to in so long! It was very crowded the day we were there, so the walk from one area to the next was difficult. We are looking forward to the next new tour!
The tour was great. The only thing I would change was to be able to hear more. I expected 2 hours of content. However, the tour started about 10 minutes late and finished about 10 minutes before 4. That, combined with travel time across the museum, made the tour less informative than I expected given the ticket price and 2-hour timeframe.

I would have loved to get more about the Reneissance Ladies and more time to explore. It was great but 2 hours just not enough time.
I was allowed to reschedule to a tour later that day although it's not the policy. Andrew? was so fun, eloquent and full of historical information. The tour continued when I got home because I ended up researching many interesting facts/theories he mentioned. We even had passers-bys join our tour at the end because it was so unconventional. Definitely will join more tours in the future!
