very friendly guides and both facilities were great to see. cocktail bar at gate house was really cool too.
The Distillery tour was much more informative. The rooftop tour was hasty and rushed.
Loved the tour! Whiskey was great, tour guides were excellent, and the rooftop vineyard was one of a kind, really. The only problem was we were held up by the security guard because there was no barcode sent with which to scan. In the end, we had to call someone from the distillery and wait for him to come over and let us through--something of a hassle. Please make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else. Otherwise, things were great.
The products were excellent, the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere stunning. Great experience--highly recommended!
Would have been helpful to have a more accurate description of the tours. The BBQ at rooftop reds detracted from the experience.
The tour guides in both venues were not only really knowledgable, but also very passionate and engaging. The wine and whiskey were also delicious.
Loved the tour guide at Kings County Distillery - she was engaging, funny, and really gave it her all. A+ Organization could definitely be better - there were no signs anywhere - Rooftop Reds was especially hard to find. The transition from Rooftop Reds to Distillery could have also been timed better with a large group - people trickled in the second tour.
It was so cool to know these places were so close to my house! I learned so much and have two new cool spots!
Tour guide was great, so informative and intriguing. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends.
I have told countless people have this was a great experience. I was spoiled when I attended because I was the sole person on my tour but I am sure I would have enjoyed no matter what. I first was toured at the distillery and loved all aspects from the learning of distillery to the rich history of whiskey in Brooklyn. Sampling was very enjoyable and I bought a 3 pack variety box. Rooftop Reds was also enjoyable but not as enjoyable as the distillery. Sampling was good and the view and space is fun! I recommend highly!
All of the samples were delicious and the tour guides were knowledgeable and affable. I will certainly partake in other events in the future.
The tour was very thorough and interesting. The guide had a wonderful personality.
