The walking tour guide was very nice and knowledgable. However, the instructions on where and who to meet to p-u tickets was a bit confusing.
The tour was very informative and well-organized. Kevin brought a wealth of knowledge to the subjects and was very attentive to the group. Highly satisfied and would give Kevin and the tour our highest recommendation!
Our guide was so very knowledgeable about all things of New York. He was personable, solicitous, and protective of our group. He made history come alive, all the way from the Revolution to the emigration of all those huddled masses of people yearning to be free and become proud Americans, not hyphenated Americans. We took this tour early in July 2017. Thank you for making it as meaningful as you did.
Sal was phenomenal. Knowledgeable, entertaining. This was by far the best tour we took in New York. Would highly recommend it.
Our guide, Matt, provided an excellent and one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience. Looking like a Shakespearean actor, Matt delivered excellent content as though we were immigrants ourselves. At Ellis Island, would we respect a uniform, understand that doctors were observing us as we entered, be willing to leave our only belongings, etc. ? Matt constructed our tour experience as though we were in a play. Matt made history COME ALIVE! He recited, by heart and in character, the sonnet about Lady Liberty on display in the pedestal exhibit written by the Jewish woman. Matt was a total professional. We cannot recommend him more highly and would give 10 stars if possible! The Cutbirths from Texas

We really enjoyed this tour! Our guide was so knowledgable and friendly. He showed us all the places for beautiful pictures and explained everything we were seeing. He made us laugh and kept us entertained while telling us all about the statue, the city and the immigrants who came to America through New York.
The tour was great because our guide Sal was excellent.
Absolutely one of our favorite things that we did while visiting NYC! Sal was recommended by a friend who had taken a tour with him and told us he was fantastic and he absolutely did not disappoint! His knowledge of not only the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island were superb but the extra tidbits about the city and and history of the US was just fascinating! He also made the path of getting to the monuments and avoiding all of the people and possible issues go so smoothly. I would 110% recommend that anyone that is coming to NYC and wants to learn and enjoy some of the wonderful things that we all want to see to call Sal! He is the man!
