We had to wait for the bus cause it was delayed, but once it arrived everything was fine. It was well heated, and the woman guide was very kind. It was a nice experience.
It was a well organised and lovely tour. Thank you
Marco is the BEST!!!!!
Nice tour! Beautiful neighborhood
Marco did an AWESOME job!! I would have paid to just do the stop in Dumbo! What an incredible view! I’m not for tours, however I would definitely consider another through Marco.
Amazing tour, with loads of extra additional information along the way we weren’t expecting from our knowledgeable tour guide about the neighbourhoods in NYC and the history of the different areas. The Christmas lights were brilliant and they directed us to the best streets to make the most of the hour we had. We had a stop in Brooklyn on the way back to see the Manhattan skyline by the bridge, with an opportunity to take photos, and then were dropped back close to Rockefeller Christmas tree. Coach was clean and comfy with toilets on board. Such great value- would definitely recommend.
We did not see the email telling us that the bus pick up was moved to a different location until about 10-15 min before the bus was supposed to leave (we wondered why the bus hadn't arrived and when we re-looked at the email is when we discovered that they sent an email and we didn't realize the address change). We ran as fast as we could about 6-7 NYC blocks to get to the bus. I sent them a text that we were in the original location and we were on our way. Fortunately, they waited for us which they didn't have to do and we were able to get on the tour! We so appreciate that they waited the 5 min for us to get there! It was a great tour! thank you
We had a magical time visiting Dyker Heights last week, our tour guide was lovely. & we were even lucky enough that it snowed while we were there :) So Christmassy! A brilliant experience, would definitely recommend.
Very well organised and very impressed by the ultra clean bus and facilities We really enjoyed the tour and loved the extra stop for photos at Brooklyn Bridge. Would absolutely recommend to anyone to see the lights and book with Snapping New York
It was a fabulous experience. Th guide was good and the timing and content of the tour were excellent. Great value for money and I would definitely recommend this tour
Nice heated bus, great tour director. He knew his history of NY.
I enjoyed the trip when we eventually set off. We were asked to meet at 3.45 and waited for the bus to collect us until 4.40. I realise the traffic was really busy and Marco was very apologetic, but us and quite a few other families were getting quite frustrated at just standing around in the cold. We still arrived back at the allocated time - but this obviously meant the trip was shorter. All in all the sights we did see sort of made up for the delay, but this was the only thing I found frustrating.
The bus coach was very comfortable. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. Many areas of interest were pointed out...enough time was given to tour the houses.
We are very satisfied, the visit was very beautiful and the personal very nice as well. I recommand :)
Tour was reasonably priced, something out of the ordinary, and a great experience!
First thing - my husband kept telling me this whole ordeal seemed sketchy. Location for bus was set, then a change from Marco. Then arrive at the new location and there wasn’t a bus. My husband said - see i told you it was sketchy. Call Marco’s number from the email and he answers that a bus on its way. People start filling in the sidewalk around us waiting, waiting and then we hear an accident has occurred and the bus is running behind and is expected in 20 minutes. A bus pulls up and Marco and some lady climb on board and shortly get off and the bus drives away. Then 10 minutes or more go by and the same bus pulls back up and we all begin boarding. Very little communication as to what is happening. Hear then that a second bus is coming but we can pull away. The lady guiding our bus starts telling us about our plans ahead. I thought - great - a plan! Touring the neighborhood was fantastic!!!! I would recommend a map to hand riders.
