Learn basic tips on ingredient selection, kneading, baking times and more, for a user friendly understanding of bread baking and techniques. After the bake, the class will divide and take home the bounty of Baguettes, Chocolate & Cheese Rolls and Dried Fruit & Nut Breads made in-class.

  • We’ll provide you with an apron and a hat. You are welcome to bring your own hat if you prefer.

Additional Information

  • Because ours is a professional bakery, we ask you to observe some general rules in attire: no sleeveless shirts, short pants or open-toed shoes or sandals. You’ll be on your feet for three hours and so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes.

  • Full refunds for cancellations made at least two weeks in advance
