Always on time, helpful staff getting on and off the boat, comfortable seating, easy to purchase the tickets and sound system is excellent.

Well this year they had the wrong departure time on my online order so that by the time I got there, I didn't have a seat. The set up of the seats are always awkward and there are never enough seats for the amount of people that buy tickets. The performances, views and staff are fantastic which keep me coming back but you really have to sell only the amount of tickets you have for seats/wheelchairs in the performance space.

No one wanted to help get my residents safely up the ramp and onto the boat. One of your employees was very rude first she tells me that my 101,100,93,93,89,82 year old residents had to sit outside on upper deck where that would have frozen, then she said they had to stand the whole time when I objected to them freezing or standing she slam down two chairs in the middle of the crowd for two of my residents to sit, never being on your Elvis cruise before I had no idea that she sat us in the middle of the show where the Elvis's had to preform. This was degrading to my residents not to mention every photo that was taken of the Elvis's had my residents in it and that is a Hippa Violation since my residents didn't sign a waver, being stuck in center of Elvis's stage I was unable to toilet or even get my residents a drink. Your deck and entrance to your ship is unsafe and not handicapped accessible like I was told when we prepaid for ticket in advanced. It was obvious that your boat was over booked my resident should have been treated with respect and their needs taken care of and not abused by your female staff member with her attitude and mouth!
