  • We’ll provide you with an apron and a hat. You are welcome to bring your own hat if you prefer.

Additional Information

Because this class is in a professional bakery, we ask you to observe some general clothing rules: no sleeveless shirts, short pants, open-toed shoes, or sandals. You’ll be on your feet for three hours, so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes.

The class was not as fun as I remember the last time. I would had also rather had done my own sweet bread baking vs it had been done for us. The chef was to very nice but not fun. I order a hot chocolate and it was terrible!! Very disappointed for such and expensive hot chocolate!

I was able to discuss my past baking, and the chef was very helpful, explaining the details of why there are better ways. I learned so much.

Chef Dawn was a terrific host to the group of bakers, making everyone feel comfortable. She was a very informative, knowledgeable chef who shared that knowledge with us in a way that made learning fun. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who is interested in learning how to bake bread.
