There’s nothing like fresh baked bread! Welcoming beginner and intermediate bakers and just about everyone in the world who loves bread. Learn the basics of bread making from our Artisan Bakers. Learn basic tips on ingredient selection, kneading, baking times, and more for a user friendly understanding of bread baking and techniques. After baking, the class will divide and take home the bounty of baguettes, chocolate & cheese rolls and dried fruit & nut breads made in-class.

- We’ll provide you with an apron and a hat. You are welcome to bring your own hat if you prefer.
Because this class is in a professional bakery, we ask you to observe some general clothing rules: no sleeveless shirts, short pants, open-toed shoes, or sandals. You’ll be on your feet for three hours, so we recommend wearing comfortable, sturdy shoes.
