Our carriage driver, Kenny, was over-the-top in every way. He contacted us before our ride with him so we already felt like friends when we first met. From helping me up into the carriage, to pointing out all the iconic spots, telling engaging stories, answering our questions, and taking very nice photos of us, all the while managing the horse and steering the carriage through a very busy Saturday in Central Park, Kenny made the experience a highlight of our first visit to New York City.

Love Central Park Carriages!!! Treated my wife to an evening carriage ride through Central Park for her birthday. The entire experience was amazing! Booking was easy, the company and our driver were beyond wonderful! We had some other things going on in the City, so the ride required some creative timing to pull off. Some texts back and forth with our amazing driver Kenneth created the perfect experience! I highly recommend Central Park Carriages - we can't wait to do it again!!

We had Santana as our driver. First, he was 20 minutes late. Called multiple times, never picked up his phone. He did call a couple of times prior to our 10 am ride but did not leave a message. He brushed off being late, never apologized. Just went into his spiel. We had a 9 year old child with us and he decided to get into race relations in the US and Brazil. He said nigger multiple times. Really? Instead of historical commentary he talked about which movie star sat where, lived where, and which ones he met. We could care less about movie stars. We thought it was going to be about the park and its history. Yes movies were filmed there. But please, move on and give us something different. Santana also went on a diatribe about people taking his picture with an animated conversation with some other driver. Very disappointing ride. We couldn't wait for it to end.
