Ground Zero and More - Nina was a wonderful guide. On the way to the 9/11 Memorial, she walked us through many historical sites like Bowling Green, the NY Stock Exchange, Wall Street, Trinity Church. Nina's knowledge and love of her city was evident throughout the tour.

What a great tour with Tim M. - Our tour was guided by Tim M who was superb. He was very knowledgable and had a wealth of stories making us feel what every New Yorker went through on that day. He had friends who were involved and made it very human, even to explaining that the names on the memorial were not just randomly placed. Very good value and a great tour.

Emotional Tour - While visiting NYC in March 2025, we visited the 911 Museum. The museum has been extremely well done with all the historic information as well as much memorabilia. It is very solemn and sad but well worth seeing

A somber reminder of 911. Well worth a visit. - Wow! This was a somber reminder of what happened on 911. Incredible displays and footage all the way round. Harrowing to be honest, and everyone in the museum was quiet and respectful, just taking it all in. The museum was busy. Very crowded and all underground, so there is no daylight in the museum at all. We spent around 2 hours in there. Outside is the memorial for each tower and these are beautiful.

Memorial tour and guide was good but tour operator was unpleasant - Unfortunately this was not the best Viator experience we have ever had, and we book a lot of tours through them as we travel. The 9 11 tour was very good and the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, however the one world observatory upgrade was really uncomfortable. The tickets we were provided with from the tour operator would not scan and the reception gave me a number to ring to ask them to resend the tickets in a format they could use and get the revenue back on. The lady in the tour operator office would not believe that they would not scan and re emailed me exactly the same tickets. She then asked to speak to my supervisor saying I didn’t know what I was doing (she obviously thought I was staff at the observatory and was very rude). The receptionist came and spoke to her then there was some kind of argument and a manager had to be sent for. All names were exchanged and I ended up having to email my tickets to the one world observatory manager so they could pick things up with the tour operator. The manager was so apologetic and handled the situation incredibly well, but it was not a pleasant experience. They still let us in after 30 minutes and we had a really lovely time in there. They said they would sort out all of the ticket side with the company. The problem with the tickets comes from a local tour operator who Viator are using to provide the service. But I really think Viator should rethink this particular operator as they made our experience very stressful.

Awful Experience - I will never book an event with this irresponsible agency. I bought tickets for Ground Zero 911 Memorial back in 4/1/24, because we were going to be in NY. Our tour was @ 1:45 pm, on 4/15/24. We were to meet our guide at 24 State St., in front of the Starbucks, (at least that’s what the instruction said). We got there 1 hour early, waited and waited, no one showed up??? I tried looking for a # to call but none listed on the web. Instead they wanted us to email them with some confusing introductions. I finally called my bank to place a claim for a refund of $198. For services not rendered!!!
