Worth the trip - Bus was there on time for both pick up and drop off. Have used before and would do so again. Well worth the cost.

Woodbury commons - The trip was very easy to book, coach stop easy to find. Checking in at bus stop easy to do and staff friendly and informative. Bus was clean and comfy, on return got an earlier bus. Emailed the company as advised by staff when taking the first journey and ticked was changed straight away.

Worth full day out. - The bus was on time and the instructions to the pick up were spot on. The vouchers were disappointing. We booked the 9.30 to 3pm which was too short.

Beware of bus times - There are lots of shops to explore . Be careful of times though as I booked to come back on the last bus at 19:30, however this bus did not exist on that day. Luckily we were finished early and one of the earlier bus drivers Miguel helped us out and got us on his earlier bus. Very good service from him. We were expecting better sales but were disappointed with a lot of the shops.

Not really different from well-known outlets in Germany - Drive half an hour longer than indicated. Travel companion is only present at the starting point not on the bus. Bus overbooked on return trip and therefore very crowded!

Misleading location for bus pickup. - When I booked the tickets the location of the bus stop for Woodbury was given as 8th avenue 50th Street west, however the bus didn't show up at this location, it was only when we'd been standing in freezing conditions for 45 minutes that we were made aware by a lady who was waiting with us that we should be on 7th avenue just off time square. We were told by the girl on the bus that we were waiting at the old location... thankfully the shopping at Woodbury common was great.

An interesting day out ...... if you have money to burn! - Hi the bus journey is fine takes around 75 minutes each way. The coach is comfortable and well maintained, driver is safe. There is lots of storage space for purchases. In terms of the outlet itself the food is pretty limited and of average quality. The biggest disappointment for us were the prices of the goods. Even though there were discounts ranging from 20-70% nearly all the retailers are very high end such as PRADA so the goods are still really pricey with a few exceptions. So if you have money to fling at some pretty things, as clearly some of the passengers did, then its cheaper than going down 5th Avenue, but if you cant afford a hundred dollar shirt or thousand dollar hand bag (after discount) then maybe think again!

Made a date change 2... - Made a date change 2 months ago and Viator did not change the date with the bus company and I was not able to board the bus and had to book again another 47 dollars no refund no apologies
