Wonderful experience!! - This should be a stop every time you visit New York! So relaxing, amazing staff, love the different relaxation rooms, and the calming smells. The only thing I would change is the food, better options and more seasoning.

Local day trip - The pass worked at the ferry and spa, everything was easily managed from the app. The spa experience was like a mini vacation, I left feeling refreshed.

Very nice facility with beautiful views. - We did not get additional services so it was self guided. Staff to help w directions throughout may have been helpful. We missed portions because we couldn’t find them. It was very nice to just relax.

Unique place to go with friends - Kind of an odd spa. Enjoyed the outdoor pool the most :) saunas do not actually get very hot...

Waster of time and money. Opposite of relaxing. Feels like a Vegas darty - Terrible waste of money and time. Don’t go if you want a quiet relaxing day. Granted, my adult daughters and I booked Mother’s Day and it was very clear the spa chose to capitalize on this day by severely overbooking capacity. There were at least 30 people trying to check in at the same time. Next, far too many people in the changing room and it took forever to change because it was impossible to find a space to change. After we finally got into our swimsuits, we headed for the outdoor pools. In both pools and either level we had very loud groups of men and women shouting across the pool to each other. Two very boisterous women were having a twerk off and shrieking. Two couples who were together occupied another part of the pool with a photo shoot of one of the ladies “breaching” the edge of the pool for booty shots with the Manhattan skyline in the background. Next, a woman wearing a very revealing bikini brought a TRIPOD and was taking suggestive selfies. It sucked. Asked a pool attendant if there were quiet pools and he said, “they are all quiet pools” but no staff were able to control the volume and behavior of these people. We let the pools and visited the sauna, steam and relaxation rooms but could NOT escape the loud conversation, door slamming. I don’t think there was anything relaxing about our day. We decided to leave and had to wait in a line 10 ladies deep to shower and we left with wet hair because there were no available dryers. We’ve been to this spa several times and truly thought it was a special experience, but it was clear the spa just overbooked the day as a way to capitalize on the holiday. Never again. A gross waste of $500.
