I loved this sooo much.... - I loved this sooo much. The billboard displayed on time, The occasion was for my daughters 21 bday, she was so surprised to see her face in her military uniform displayed in the middle of Time Square. They send you a time of display, therefore you know at what time it will display. All in all, worth every penny!

I'm so glad I added this to our trip - It was posted when I was told it would be and it was a great location. The billboard was larger than I thought it would be and I believe it was a great price. This really took the trip to the next level and she couldn't stop talking about it.

Get Your Guide: Helicopter tour in New York - Last February 17, we planned to take a helicopter tour in New York. For reasons beyond our control, as we were on an M15 city bus to South St/Whitehall St, we experienced quite a bit of delay when we travelled through Chinatown with the Chinese New Year celebration. The activity was at 16:00 h, we arrived at 15:55, but we were no longer let on the helicopter because we had to arrive 30 minutes in advance, although we warned them by WhatsApp that we were on our way. We understand what the company’s cancellation and refund policy is, but there are special circumstances they should be able to address. After explaining the reason for the lawsuit in detail, we expected a different resolution of it. We could not enjoy the activity for reasons beyond our control, you charged it, the company that offered the service, too, but the harm is not the money, it is the not being able to have lived an experience, which may not be repeated. Obviously, and as I have explained, we have contracted with you on several occasions, that you know that it will be your last, and it is not out of spite, but because it seems to us to be fair that you meet these kinds of demands.

Photo not released - Our picture was supposed to be broadcast at Xh22... and nothing! We waited from 7:15 to 8:30 and nothing... I wanted to surprise my husband for Valentine's Day... very disappointed.

Pay the extra money, take a picture FAST - Unfortunately, I ended up highly regretting this purchase. I purchased the advertised 15 second billboard as one of the birthday suprises for my fiance. I did not realize 15 seconds, what they heavily advetise, is completely useless. It doen't even give enough time for the person to stand infront of it and smile for the photo. By the time I clicked the button on my camera, the photo changed to a different ad of a girls birthday. It was pouring rain and I had already made him wait in the rain for an hour. It's comical how bad the experience ended up being. They have an option where you pay like $150 more (forgot the amount) but the billboard is up longer. This should be the only option. If you're going to book this, just give them the extra money because 15 second was a waste of money. The live stream is pretty cool though and the concept and idea of this is is lovely.

Extremely Disappointed - Stay Away! - I booked with Times Square Billboard and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. After placing my booking, I’ve tried multiple times to follow up with them through email and Instagram, but I never received a single response. Every time I attempt to contact them, I get the same automated message: “We’re sorry but there are no support agents available. We will try to notify you once a support agent is available.” They also claim: “We recommend you to send an email with your support request and we will reply in 1 - 2 hours.” — but that is completely false. Days and weeks go by without any reply. For a company operating at such a major location like Times Square, this level of customer service is unacceptable. There seems to be no real support or accountability. If you expect any kind of assistance after making your payment, you will be completely ignored. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend anyone to use this service.

Do not book the billboard! - They placed my photos on a totally different billboard than what was advertised. All the way by the bus station. Terrible small board. Wound not recommend.
