Extremely disappointing and overpriced. The entire experience feels like a poorly designed Instagram setup rather than a real attraction. The space is small and lacks meaningful or engaging activities. Most rooms are repetitive and underwhelming, and the visit is over far too quickly. For the price, this is simply unacceptable. A complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially families expecting a fun and worthwhile experience.

In the last 4 years, I had come here on 4 separate occasions. Each year, something went away. First it was the pins towards the end of the experience. Next year, it was the ice cream. After, it was a couple treats here and there. All that didn't matter as much as when an entire section was taken away this year. I paid the same amount of money each time for less each time. And this time I paid the same 50 Dollars to have an entire section gone. The most interactive part of the experience (sit across from a partner and draw each other) is completely wiped. This felt like a slap in the face for fans of an interactive experience; this felt like a musuem where you could take pictures and read. The ball pit is really the only interactive part left. Very disappointing, don't come here unless you want to spend most of your time playing with paper confetti and a ball pit.
