Attention all superfans! Immerse yourself in the extraordinary universe of superheroes and comics in a unique way, exclusively delivered by New York City. Take a peek at legendary superhero film locations, discover the origins of where your beloved characters were designed by their writers and artists, traipse along the avenue of comic publishers and see some of the most famous landmarks in New York City. Unravel the timeless debate: Is New York City Gotham or Metropolis? Onward to greatness!
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the tour’s designated start time. The tour departs promptly and no refunds will be given for guests who miss the tour due to being late
- A moderate amount of walking is involved, please wear appropriate footwear
- Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
- If canceled because of dangerous weather, you will be given the option of an alternative tour date or full refund
- Please note: the operator reserves the right to deviate from the route of the tour in the event of marches, parades, and circumstances beyond their control
- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
- Once the tour begins, if you make the decision to not follow the guide or their instructions, we cannot guarantee we can reunite you with the group.

Good Tour - We had a super Guide Liz who knows all about the world of superheroes. Great explanations to the buildings and with a lot of history behind it with the heroes

If you enjoy the MCU, you must do this tour - WOW! So much fun. Joel is an incredible host who was patient with our barrage of questions and photo-taking. His depth of knowledge and joy on the tour reflected his own personal passion for the superhero world.
He not only pointed out the sites that were connected to the stories but gave some backstory on the characters or events plus the backstories on the sites themselves.

Great fun highly recommended. - Highly recommend this tour. We all had a brilliant time. Micahel was a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable, engaging and funny. A great way to see the sites in context of the superheroes and the history of superheroes, marvel and DC.

Good walking tour - Meeting place was easy to identify once we realized where the park was. The guide, Michael, was friendly, knowledgeable, and considerate. We saw many well know and lesser known locations related to the filming and the history if the superhero comics.

Reconsider. - I cant speak to the tour itself, I can only speak to the company, the policies and the tour guide we had the unfortunate displeasure of meeting.
We had booked this tour for my niece while we were in NYC. We used the City Go Pass to book (which btw GREAT value and totally worth it!). We had a family emergency that later ended in a life changing event. I called to let them know we would not be attending and to cancel the morning of. I was greeted to being told if we did not show up then we would be charged the full value of the tour for each of us. Out of respect and following procedures we trekked over there and met with the tour guide. Boy was that a MISTAKE!
He was awful, had an attitude from the beginning and then called me a liar. There was an error in booking and I booked myself separately under a different reservation from my mother and niece. Long story short, he was an absolute jerk and even said I would be charged for the second reservation since I had no city go passes to scan. He was stating I would be charged for a mistake. I believe his name was Sean I am including a picture so if you see this tour guide- RUN!
I have not been charged nor has my email regarding this tour guide and the incident been replied too. If anything changes, I will update the review, however, buyer beware you dont know what you could be walking into.
I have informed City Go Pass and they are currently reviewing if they will continue to work with this touring company.

Unclear cancellation policy. Very poor customer service - Although we already wrote an email on Thursday and tried to reach someone by phone on Friday, which was finally possible around 13:30. Was no longer possible to cancel the tour on Sunday.
No response to multiple contact attempts. The phone call just ended.
