Great family experience, relaxing cruise around some of the best landmarks in the city. The vip pass is worth the money. - Justin was amazing, helped us with vip passes and amazing pics with lady liberty. I’d recommend this trip to families, make sure to get a bio pass, it’s totally worth it

Great city views. 💯 CAUTION: if you Uber from here, Eduardo will scam you. He required extra @dropoff and tried to drain my car - 💯 recommend. City view from water was beautiful. seeing SoL glowing in the harbour was something we will never forget.

Great way to spend an evening - We live in NYC but decided last minute to sign up for the sunset tour. Our kids are 12 and 8. We all loved it. Juan was the an incredibly entertaining guide. Bring cash! It was sad to see how few people left tips.

Mesmerizing experience! - First time in NYC and the Sunset Cruise was far the best one! I loved how close we were to the Statue of Liberty and how beautiful the skyline was once the sunset! It was mesmerizing! 1000% recommended and a must!

Does what it promises but no more - The tour takes you to Lady Liberty as promised. You can have food and drinks. The experience however is very poor. The boat looks very old. The interior needs cleaning. There are no pictures of the boat when you book, if there would have been, I don’t think they would have many bookings.

Much to be desired - The cruise was cancel the minute we were supposed to board with no real reason or explanation. The crew seemed inexperienced and slightly out of depth in dealing with the situation. There was no follow up provided to request refunds and there was a general lack of information.

Worst experience ever! - the boat never showed up waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold without any notice. the main company didnt even answer phones do not use them ever!!!
