Fun way to see Lady Liberty - This boat ride had a tour guide and professional boat staff. The trip was enjoyable and did not take up our whole day. The price was reasonable. The ship had snacks and drinks for sale and a restroom. Easy way to view the Statue of Liberty

Best Sightseeing Tour! - If you're visiting New York and want a memorable, well organized way to see the Statue of Liberty, this tour is absolutely worth it. We took the ferry experience and were genuinely impressed from start to finish. They offer both general admission and a VIP option, and I high recommend the VIP. It gives you access to the upper deck, a complimentary alcoholic drink, and professional photos. All of which elevated the entire experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, and our photographer, Mario was amazing! He was talented, funny, and made the photo sessions feel effortless. Mario not only took beautiful, high-quality photos but also suggested poses and angles that highlighted our features and captured the Statue of Liberty, the skyline, and the bridges perfectly. He paid attention to the small details, positioning, lighting, background elements to make every shot look intentional and stunning. He even took extra photos we requested and never rushed us. The VIP section itself was a huge perk. Having a quieter area with fewer people made it so much easier to take photos, soak in the views, and just enjoy the moment without being crowded. The complimentary drink was a nice touch and added to the relaxing vibe. The timing of the tour was perfect, long enough to experience all the highlights without feeling rushed. We got incredible views of the Brooklyn Bridge, the Statue of Liberty from every angle, and so many beautiful New York cityscapes. I appreciated how the crew took their time circling the Statue of Liberty so everyone had plenty of opportunities for photos and time to just take it all in. The also had snacks and drinks (nonalcoholic too) available on board, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The weather, water, and the pace of the tour all came together perfectly. It was such a fun adventure and a beautiful way to wrap up our trip before heading to the airport. Highly recommend, if you want an unforgettable and well crafted way to see one of the most iconic landmarks!

Don't believe the hype - It was ok. If you're looking to kill time this would be great. I think it's should've been a lower number of ppl so you can actually see each piece the tour guide was talking about

Wonderful night! Great experience. Lights were beautiful at night. We’re close to Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge - We had a wonderful time. Statue of Liberty and Brooklyn Bridge were beautiful lit up at night. Great opportunity to take pictures. Boat got close to both landmarks. Heated area on boat that had a beverage area for hot cocoa or drinks.

Scam - We were stopped at the subway exit Bowling Green and sold tickets without being told that a shuttle bus was required to take us back to Pier 78, where we waited for two hours before departing. Don't trust them!

Awful, don’t book this, this was a nightmare!! - Where do I start! Do not book this for new year! Firstly, they moved the docking time from 8pm to 9pm, as we arrived we was left like unwanted presents in the street, no organisation no information just people taking a lot of money for tickets and no responsibility, we paid $500 for 2 tickets and it completely ruined our new year, we planed this for months and we have never been more disappointed, the actual boat was not fit for that many people so we refused to get on board, people where cramped on the inside as it was cold and there was kids freezing, we see people get on board and be told there was a bottom area and that was a lie, it was a shambles and we are taking this as further as we can, DO NOT BOOK THIS FOR NEWYEAR! We flew from the uk and it was the most worst experience ever!

Don't do it.. - Shocking experience, charged us $150 for 2 adults and a child. Moved us on a old bus to pier 63, stuffed as many people on the boat as possible and tried to charge an extra $20 for a VIP spot. Went on line and found the same tickets for $50 for all 3 people. Rude staff, unclean boat and generally really poor experience

Terrible Christmas Day experience - We purchased tickets for an 1130 sail. We got there 15 min early and waited in a very long line up until 1150. When suddenly they close the gate and tell us “we have to wait for the 1pm boat ride because the boat is full” There was still people that were arriving and the line continued to form . All which had 1130 tickets. They had already scanned everyone’s tickets that were waiting in line. When asked about a refund they were very rude and said we had the “option to wait in line until 1pm” It was very cold and we had our itinerary already set for that day . They did not care. I have reached out to Trip Advisor via email requesting a refund and I am currently still waiting to hear back . Needless to say the entire morning was wasted. Terrible experience, I don’t recommend using this company at all for any boat tours,
