Fantastic! - Johnny and Jade were fabulous! Funny, personable, interactive and knew lots of trivia about Central Park! They also offered tips for good photos. Great team!

Noah: two thumbs way up - Noah did an exceptional job on our two hour trip around Central Park. He even offered to take photos in front of our favorite spots. Would highly recommend.

Great family activity to see Central Park - We had a great time! Johnny and Mony were fantastic. We had some good laughs. Got to see all the great parts of the park. Many great pictures.

Central Park fun - Very nice trip through Central Park - a lot of key places to see. Our driver Jade was very knowledgeable and friendly! He let us stop and he took pictures for us!

Johnny and Max…the dream team! - We had the most amazing day on our two hour tour of Central Park…we loved seeing all of the sites of famous movies, history of the park and SO many facts. The thing we loved the very most was our two guides, Johnny ans Max! They were so delightful and fun. Wonderful personalities and made our time together so enjoyable. Our favorite experiences of our time in New York!!! You won’t be disappointed!

Dream Team takes us through Central Park - Johnny and Max were amazing guides...super knowledgeable with personality plus! They made the tour fun, didn't feel rushed, making it a blast!
Would definitely do it again...ask for Max and Johnny!

Fun movie tour! - Johnny and Max were awesome! Fun to talk to, hear their personal experiences, and learn more about New York! We had plenty of time to walk around different parts of the park and learn about the places where they were taking us!

Unfortunately our pedicab driver never came - Unfortunately our driver never came, a different driver came for another booking and when I told him how long I had been waiting and how late our driver was, he called his boss. They said they couldn't find my booking at first but after going through a lot of information and me supplying my booking reference they finally found it and said because I booked so long in advance and my booking was made in 2024 for a 2025 date, my booking dropped from their system!!! So if the other driver hadn't been so kind to help us, we would have been left there and missed out... And likely been unable to get a refund because when I messaged through viator they said they couldn't find my booking, even though I was contacting them through my booking!
The driver who made the calls ended up taking us for our tour and he was very professional and friendly. He gave us the 2hrs we had paid for even though we had lost about an hour waiting for our original driver and proving we had a booking.
The tour itself was great but I do have a suggestion that they invest in a microphone for the driver and either put speakers in the back where passengers sit or give passengers headphones to hear the drivers. Anytime he wanted to tell us anything he had to turn right around and shout, it was hard to hear him and the person sitting in the other seat couldn't hear him because he was facing the other direction. So even though he had a lot of stuff to say, we missed a lot of it due to this.
I'm giving it a low rating because of the stress it caused and the fact that you shouldn't lose bookings just because a new year has started (we visited in May 2025 and booked over 6 months in advance so we wouldn't miss out)
