A fun time! - Eddie was awesome! He was so accommodating and took us to all the hotspots and gave us ample time to get off and take photos. The company was also very nice to confirm the appointment beforehand and organize a car seat for our 2 year old. If you just want a nice, relaxing vibe to see some must-see sites and get off and explore, choose them :)

Travel to NYC - This is our very first time traveling to NYC. We stayed in Midtown NY. Eddie our driver and tour guide was absolutely amazing! We booked a private tour and so glad we did! Eddie was patient, kind & friendly, trusting, a safe driver, accommodating, and knew his way around and thru this traffic. If ever and when visiting NY, ask for Eddie as your tour guide, you won’t regret it!

Great way to see New York - This private tour while in New York for the first time was great! Our driver Chris was very friendly and accommodating. He was also an excellent driver and handled the crazy traffic brilliantly. He made sure we saw everything we wanted to see and more. We highly recommend this tour!

Would Recommend - We had a great experience. We were running a bit behind and they were very accommodating. We had a nice tour and he was very efficient in putting the places in order that he was driving to give us the most bang for our buck. I also thought the price was very reasonable. I spent hours researching various websites, and the rate was very competitive.

Sightseeing ride to views - Our guide was very nice and brought drinks and snacks. Just note this tour isn’t an actual tour with a knowledgeable guide. It’s a driver who takes you to sights for photographs. We went to Jersey and took pics of Manhattan. No history provided, recommendations given, or tour through Manhattan neighborhoods. This is a great 1/2 day if you are looking for a driver who will take you to great views looking back at the city and to see a bit of Jersey. But if you want a tour from a tour guide, this is not it.

Driving around NYC. - We did not get the experience we signed up for. After waiting 30 minutes for our tour guide to show up, we called and were told there was a "miscommunication." They were kind enough to find a "driver" who drove us around as we told him what the tour was supposed to consist of. He was a local person and stopped so we could see some of the sights. He was obviously just filling in for whomever was supposed to tour. He was nice, but, the experience was not as listed.

Guide Never Showed Up for Private Tour - This is the first time I’ve had to give a 1 star rating for a Viator sponsored tour. We are used Viator all over the world and have always have outstanding tour companies. Unfortunately this was not the case with this tour. There was no confirmation text or email sent by the tour company. On the morning of our private tour the tour guide did not show up. After several calls with the tour company and their promising they would get back to us they never did. I had to continue calling and finally just had cancelled this tour. Needless to say our morning was ruined and we had to go about New York on our own. I would not recommend “Happy Shuttles Tour.”

Stay Away - Where do I start. Talked to Eddie the owner the day before trip to confirm everything. Landed at 9:10 AM call to say we arrived for 10AM pick-up. The lady that answer the phone did not have a clue about our reservation. Said she would contact Eddie. Called again at 9:55 and the lady that answered said no one contacted you yet? Said we should probably cancel and ask for a refund. I said no way get me in contact with Eddie. Tried calling him on Whatapp and he never answered his phone. Then a driver (Chris) called said he would be there in 10 minutes. He showed up a half hour later. Got in the van and Chris did not have a clue what our itinerary was. I had to provide a copy that I had printed out. At best Chris was a very good Uber driver. In his broken english gave no information about the city and barely was able to answer any questions we had. Viator has been no help what's so ever in trying to get a refund for this disaster.

AVOID This Tour! Very Poor Value For Money! - What a DISASTER! The tour guide/car driver had to rely on his sat nav for going to different attractions and admitted within a few minutes of picking us up that he didn't like driving in New York Cit/y and was only doing so to help his boss out. He showed no interest in talking about the city. Also, the city is gridlocked and so we spent most of the tour in traffic jams. Very poor value for money and not recommended.
