December walking - Parmeet was a really nice tour guide 😚 I enjoyed 3h tour around lower Manhattan on a cold but sunny day and I had the opportunity to sightseeing around with a beautiful group ;)

Interesting. Good job! - It was really an enjoyable experience. Akash is a great guide, full of notions but never boring, he keeps your attention high for the whole duration of the tour. In addition he speaks really clearly and that's not bad for someone that is coming from abroad and is not so used to hear for long periods someone speaking in english. The tour is really interesting and we'd do it again. Highly recommended

3 hours walking tour plenty of wonders, fun and history - Our guide was very empathetic and informative, but never boring. I’m a tourist guide and I know how difficult is achieving this goal

Far from what we expected -
Unfortunately, this tour was far from what we were expecting. The online description gave the impression that Chinatown and Little Italy would feature heavily, but this was not the case. The tour started on Wall Street as advertised but our guide gave very little commentary during the short time we were there. We then started walking. And did not stop walking for over 2 hours. During this time we stopped briefly at a handful of attractions, such as the Brooklyn Bridge etc, but again there was very little in the way of commentary from our guide. After over 2 hours of non-stop, almost aimless walking, we arrived in Chinatown, only to spend a total of 10 minutes there. It felt like we cut through one corner of Chinatown and bypassed the main centre. Again, we received almost no commentary from our guide about the history or people of Chinatown. It was almost like, "here's Chinatown, now let's keep walking." Our time in Little Italy was slightly better as we walked down the main street but again, there was practically no commentary from our guide. Other issues with our guide included him on more than one occasion ignoring the "don't walk" signals. At more than one crossing he ignored the "don't walk" sign, crossing the road regardless and leaving the tour group on the other side of the road. At one point he was looking completely wrong way and was almost hit by a car.
We were expecting a 3 hour tour, as this is what is advertised, but the sheer amount of walking with little to no stops to rest left us exhausted.
We love New York and this is our 3rd time visiting but at the end of the tour we were left very disappointed.

Pick something else - Don’t waste your time
We actually walked off on the tour guide he bad mouthed his company spoke about tips first up did not know basic info like bill of rights then bad mouthed other historical sights encouraged to the tour participants to take pics at places we could do in our own accord wasting time was actually very poor did not know basic information and provided inaccurate false information at locations

Don’t do it - Guide bad mouthed his own company first statement was about making minimum wage and then not providing him with a shirt , then yelled at the top of his lungs across Wall Street for the missing party extremely unprofessional which put us off the next issue was guide was very light on details could not state the 10 items in the bill of rights provided incorrect information about Fraunces tavern, did not have the knowledge this was meant to be Wall Street tour for the first time ever we walked off admittedly I did have a bad ankle but it was his bad attitude terrible misplaced jokes and lack of knowledge that turned us off don’t do it.. worst tour we have done and we have travelled I hated walking off but did not want to waste my time on our holiday

No Guide, no Tour - Tour Guide a no show, no contact or communication. Our day was organized around tour, leaving us up-ended on a hot summer day. A real let-down

Really disappointing ! - It was supposed to be a tour relative to Little Italy and Chinatown. But, unfortunatly, not at all. We left Permeet and the tour after 1/4 of an hour passed near NYSE.
