They were either born and raised in Little Italy or served as NYPD Officers in the area. They visit places unknown to tour companies and uncover sights often overlooked, all while engaging with locals.
Begin with a behind-the-scenes tour at John’s of 12th Street restaurant, featuring a spaghetti tasting (available only at 11 AM), and conclude with an Italian pastry at a local shop established in 1931. This offers a NYC Mafia experience from a genuine “insider’s perspective” on the East Village NYC mafia and crime history, as well as local gang history.
Starting with a private VIP tasting at a renowned Mafia “Red Sauce Joint” featured in Soprano’s “Life After Goodfellas” and “Get Gotti” (11 AM), this journey begins in the East Village and concludes in Little Italy. Participants will visit infamous Mafia and crime locations, hear true crime stories, and explore gang history and sites in the neighborhood.
