See you on THE EDGE! A MUST SEE! - This is one of the MUST GO places when visiting NYC. The views are amazing and you are literally at THE EDGE! You can also stand on top of the see through glass floor and see 104 stories down!

Mega view. Perfectly organized. Thank you! - We booked online a few days before. That is also recommended. The organization is perfect, hardly Waiting time until you reach the 100 floor by elevator. The platform was pretty crowded. There are Tineslots, but nobody cares. You can stay as long as you want. The view was magnificent. Have already visited all observation decks in NY. That was the highlight, though. Really impressive and recommended.

Edge of the world - Brilliant experience - great building with great shops and restaurants- paid for tickets on the day and didn't have to queue or wait - 101 floors later you step out on the edge and the views are simply breathtaking- perfect day so visibility was amazing - did step on glass panel but not for long but it's a must - spend as long or little as you like but it will leave you with a long lasting memory 😀

The edge - This was or first time at the edge and it didn't disappoint..we used our new york pass to access and was quick at getting through the line moves fast and the staff are all welcoming..Nice touches throughout your walk to the lift also and the lift itself also shows you a clip to watch On the observation deck.. Feels amazing as its not like any other ones in new York you have so much room and your outdoor the views from the edge is the best! I thouroughly enjoyed my time up the edge and will be back up there when I return.

The Edge - Came here for the climb but the prices are too expensive !! The actual views are amazing with the glass floor showing a different view. The experience is the same in the other viewing skyscrapers within Manhattan, but because this is a new one its quite busy. Its well worth a visit. Need to lower the prices for the climb

Edge lifts - Poorly organised… It took over an hour to get up and nearly 1.5hrs to get back down. The lift queues were horrendous. We visited several other attractions including empire state, rockafeller and the world observatory… all were much better organised and had similar views

Terrible management - We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and bought tickets for the earliest available slot at 6:40 p.m., then walked around the mall and waited at a bar. When we returned to the Edge entrance a little before the appointed time, we were turned away by a lady shouting that we should get in line. The line ran the whole length of the mall (ending at the door of the ladies' restroom) and had people in it who had tickets for much earlier slots. That was $87 just thrown away.
