Niagara Falls State Park - Itinerary:
Our day trip starts with meeting your tour guide at the departure point in Times Square, Manhattan, at 11:30 PM. You’ll travel in a comfortable motor coach with a bilingual tour guide (Spanish and English). The travel time is approximately 7 hours each way, with one rest stop in each direction. During your visit, you’ll have the chance to learn more about these incredible waterfalls and enjoy views from various vantage points. You can choose from several lunch spots on Goat Island, visit souvenir shops, and have additional time to explore or engage in other activities of interest. At 2:00 PM, we will begin boarding the motor coach for the return trip to NYC, with an expected arrival time between 10:00 PM and midnight.
Stop At: Goat Island, where we will see the Bridal Veil Falls.

If you’re in New York and have spare day, Niagara Falls must be on your list - I absolutely loved the tour — it was such an amazing experience. Seeing the Falls up close was breathtaking, and Maria’s enthusiasm made it even better. I definitely get why people fall in love with this place.

Incredible experience!! - My friends and I were staying in New York and had to take this opportunity to see the Falls!! It was such an extraordinary experience!! We absolutely loved the state park and had a fabulous view of all 3 waterfalls and got to go to different locations to view them better. Thoroughly recommend the Maid of the Mist boat tour - allows you to get up close (but not too close) to all the waterfalls. Our tour guide Maria was excellent and helped us have a really enjoyable experience.

The drive back home is... - The drive back home is long and the bus seats are uncomfortable and too close to each other. But all the bad is worth it once you see the water falls. It’s an amazing view. They also do a lot of restroom stops which is good.

Good and Bad - Amy, our tour guide, was great! A few issues I had were…The itinerary was different from what was on the app, but in the end it worked out. Also, need more time to just sit and soak up all the falls. We were given around 10 minutes at each of the falls. Amy didn’t rush us on this but you felt rushed that you had to get back. Would like to have just sat and soaked up for awhile.

Fine but requires improvement - The falls very nice obvious and the drivers fine, but we traveled at night and to wake people they played music very very loud!. And I don't know why, but when they ate, they put in very freezing air and then very very hot. That could get better. In addition we had inconvenience with the guide as we purchased tickets for the boat in particular and that bothered him, leaving us for the end of the activity of very bad disposition. Also the guide was carefree of the group when we made stops to go to the bathroom and go to eat, and being an unknown place for everyone was literal "save yourself how you can". He was also not kind to some people who asked for help. Points for improvement.

Liars - It's the worst agency. They take your money and then cancel the reservation because there are no people traveling. They're the worst. I can't believe how they play with other people's vacations.
