Great tour of NYC! - This was the best tour! Our guide Sarah was brilliant, she knew a lot of information but also made this fun and interesting. Seeing the different boroughs was great and you get a better sense of New York City. The stops along the way are just long enough and are as detailed in the description of the tour. The empanadas from the store on one stop were delicious. We chose to get off in little China (last stop) and walked around to go up onto the Brooklyn bridge. We done the morning tour (9am), you meet outside the Manhattan Hotel. Our tour was full so if are thinking about it book early because it is likely to sell out. I booked about 4 weeks before through Tripadvisor - viator. We were a family of 6 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you Sarah, our driver (a lady), and Intertravel.

Excellent value for money and very interesting - Sara was an excellent host. The group were nice which helped. It was brutally hot and Sara was sensitive to that. The sights were great and the amount of time at each stop was perfect. I had to leave early and Sara was super helpful and accommodating. This trip to see Harlem, the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn was under £30 which was a total bargain. I’d definitely recommend this company.

Guide complaint - to file a formal complaint regarding the tour of contrasts we took last Monday afternoon, guided by a man named Luis, a Colombian national. From the start, the experience was quite disappointing. The guide arrived late and at no time apologized for the delay. Throughout the tour he showed an unprofessional attitude: he gave off a strong smell of alcohol, yawned constantly and seemed ungainly. The most worrying thing was that, while driving, he was always watching his cell phone, writing and answering messages, which interrupted the explanation of the tour and posed an obvious danger to all of us in the vehicle. We thought it was a real fecklessness. Though everyone seemed to ignore this In addition, he made comments in very bad taste, clearly macho in tone, which generated discomfort personally. His driving was also not the most appropriate, and at the stop we made for lunch I saw him take some pills whose contents we do not know. Don't mention anything at the time out of respect, but I think it's something that deserves to be revisited. To top it off, at the end of the tour, he wanted to leave us in Brooklyn, when in theory the tour was supposed to conclude in Chinatown, as planned. All this left us very dissatisfied and, sincerely, worried. I am forwarding this message from the account of a relative, out of caution, in case of receiving some kind of inadequate response from the guide. I hope that they will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate action.

Unhappy customer - Don't do it. The bus air conditioner did not work. The sites aren't that great. Too many stops at things that aren't needed like a market.

Tour contrasts New York disappointing - We booked the tour of the contrasts of NY, absolutely to avoid as Civitatis in the itinerary included the visit to Dumbo and Brooklyn that was not done and now when the tour is over the guide tells us to complain to the agency when it has now all been paid! Moreover, the visit was booked through civitatis but the tour operator was volatour rather poor! the guide that happened to us was of a unique sympathy that was wasted to show us hospitals and cemeteries on the right and left. We made an ina stop at the Jewish Quarter to accompany the guide to buy cookies instead of visiting the neighborhood! Be more serious and Don't sell bullshit!

Very boring, no history - This tour was one of the most disappointing tour we have ever been on. We go on a lot of tours and this was so disappointing. There was no history. There was a lot of drop off points that had little context as to why it was significant. They were just random streets. In addition, there were some random movie references, which was irrelevant. It was just very boring.
