Super super super super - Definitely the most exciting tour I've done in a week in NYC. Beautiful environment, very polite staff and nice very elegant place. This tour was also one of many included in the CityPass. We go towards sunset time but everything was booked. Very crowded. It's for the best. We get back by 8.30 and we find very few people. The view is the one that excited me the most. At night NYC is beautiful with all those endless lights. The observatory is located on the 100th floor of a hotel (reachable in 60 seconds). You enter on an immense surface completely surrounded by stained glass windows. There is a closed area and then you have a very large terrace inside it is the famous glass triangle that always walks on it to be suspended in the void. Not recommended for those suffering from dizziness. It breathes a lot of air on the terrace. You can enjoy the view even while drinking a delicious cocktail or a flut of champagne because always on the observation floor there will be a bar with a great wine and cocktail list. Very low prices. Don't miss this tour I recommend it!!!

VERY NICE VIEWPOINT - WE GO UP TO THE VIEWPOINT THE EDGE, IT'S VERY GOOD, YOU CAN TAKE A PICTURE ON THE EDGE THAT IS VERY CUTE AND ALSO ON THE FLOOR THERE ARE TRANSPARENT TRIANGLES THAT LOOK LIKE YOU ARE FLOATING. IT'S REALLY NICE.

Very good - Good observatory, located in the WESTERN part of Manhathhan, you can see practically the whole district, from the buildings facing the central park, the whole midtown to the south. You see of course New Jersey. New building, ideal to combine with the madison square garden (two blocks away), The Vessel (next door), the hign line (starts one block away) and the chelsea market and little island walking along said high line. Perfect to make all that west manhathhan area and end up in the greenwalt movie locations

Nice observatory, not our favorite, but glad to have tested! - We had booked a day when it was snowing at sunset. Upon arrival, the staff offered to change our reservation with better conditions. So we went back the next day. It’s pretty well organized, the staff is very friendly (like a lot of New York). We found the view less impressive than the other observatories. The vacuum platform didn't really convince us.

View from the sky - See New York at 360 degrees. Spectacular city views from New Jersey to Brooklin. I recommend visiting at sunset to admire the red sky on the horizon and the whole city illuminated. Not to be missed

Rudeness and absurd waiting - We had an appointment at 19.40 we arrived for 19.15 and 3 times we were stopped.... At the time of our timetable they blocked an elevator and we went up to the panorama at 21.15 a scandalous thing ... arrived above it was not possible to have quiet spot to observe the panorama! It felt like being at the Porchetta Fair.... After 5’ we wanted to go down and we had to wait to go down.... A very shameful thing
