Super nemt - Easily and clearly to order the various events. We ordered 3, and it was super fine for our program. However, prices are at the high end..

Very happy again-it just all worked out - A gigantic journey with great experiences. Everything went great with the pass. 5 attractions in 1 week is optimal

New York explorer pass - Grabbed the 4 day Explorer pass. Was originally scheduled to go in Oct 2024 but due to illness had to cancel. Luckily Go City Pass is valid for two years so when we rebooked to go in May 2025 we were still able to use it. That helps in the buying decision knowing there is a long shelf life!! We spent 7 nights (8 days) in New York and loved it! Saw so much, did so much, thanks to the Go City pass! We were able to use it at 12 places and this saved us over $500 USD per pass! It was easy to use as well, had both passes on my one phone and scanning in at sites was easy. The app/website also has all the info needed to visit the places and links so I could book/plan our itinerary. Also, felt the sites you could use it at encompassed all the main attractions we wanted to see as first time visitors. There were others on there we would have liked to do if we had more time, so I foresee trip number 2 coming! Some of the most popular sites (Empire State Building) required bookings and this was nice to be able to do. Was easily done through the app and it held the bookings for us to easily see them. Liked the usage of the website/app to also help plan itineraries though I hit a max limit when doing so. Turns out they know what they are doing as the sites do need time to visit and there is only so much you can do in a day! Some nice things you get with this pass is it also included a free picnic lunch and free Butterbeer with keeper plastic cups - if you can get there in time (ie before they close). It didn’t include the Vessel but we didn’t feel we missed out on it. We saw it from the outside and ground and didn’t feel need to also walk up it. Liked it includes multiple observation decks which we really enjoyed doing! Each gives a different experience and view and highly recommend all of them! We also enjoyed the Circle Line cruises. We did the Best of Manhattan 2.5 hr tour that circled the whole island and got us nice and close to the Statue of Liberty. We also did their Harbour Lights tour which was great as well to capture the skyline with a sunset. Each tour was different given the timing but also because each tour guide/mc personalizes the info so you get new and different info each time! They have a wealth of info, were easy to hear and understand in English and provided good info which is nice to get the history and backstory of places. We found these cruises comfortable and clean and bathrooms were nice onboard. They also have a concession that we didn’t try but many did get drinks and snacks. It rained on us during the Harbour Lights cruise but there is enough seating inside to get out of the rain if desired and we found the rain was not constant so still really enjoyed it and got some amazing pics with the changing skyline! We did the SOHO, Little Italy and Chinatown as well as the Brooklyn Bridge/Dumbo walking tours. They were through different companies and each was great! Again enjoyed the highlights and background info shared as well as each guided personal recommendations for food etc! Again, it rained on us on each of these, but still enjoyed them. Be sure to bring umbrellas and rain coats and if you can waterproof shoes! We did the 9/11 Museum as well as the 9/11 Musuem Workshop. Know that they are on different sites!! We really enjoyed both. The museum is a beautiful tribute and focuses of the events of the day and the manhunt etc. the Workshop is a place to see things after the fact, and to hear, see and touch things. This is unique as well it’s from the only photographer allowed on site during rescues and recovery. Very moving, sad and yet gives hope and some closure. All in all, we really enjoyed the visit and the flexibility and freedom the Go City Pass gives you so you can see as many things as possible without breaking the bank!!

The best purchase for a busy NYC trip - The GoCity pass was really easy to use, right from the purchase of the pass through to pre-booking certain attractions then scanning on the day at others. We pre-booked the Statue of Liberty cruise, Empire State, Top of the Rock and the Ride all without issue. This allowed us to then plan the rest of our interary around these times we booked. We purchased two 4 day all inclusive passes and when getting home had an email saying we saved $410 by getting the passes! GoCity do a great Black Friday sale so if you can look out for that and purchase during that, we did so we even saved on the passes themselves! Never had to wait a minute at any of the sites that don’t offer pre-booking so I would say early May was the perfect time to use them. I look forward to buying passes for other cities!

New York May 2025 - I found the GoCity Pass very convenient except for your 9/11 memorial where we had to queue for tickets and queue to get in, for the remaining attractions everything went well and on balance we saved quite a bit

Buy this, the app is amazing! - An amazing trip and buying the GoCity pass was a great decision. The savings are great, but having the app to schedule your stay and give you directions to the attractions was absolutely fantastic. It definitely made our stay action packed and easy to navigate.

Great pass, and easy to use! - I bought two, 3 day, all inclusive passes for myself and my 13 year old granddaughter. Before you invest, it is worth looking at where you definitely want to go, what you want to see, and how close these things are to each other. I took a bit of time working out attractions close to each other, although the app will do this for you, and tell you what else is close by. We ended up doing a few things we wouldn’t have otherwise done. Some attractions could do with booking on line, as we had to queue for tickets, then queue for entry, this was at 911 Memorial, and Harbour cruise. We can highly recommend the RiseNY off Times Square. That was fabulous! We also enjoyed Madam Tussaud’s, which we wouldn’t usually have done, and also the two day pass for the hop on/ off bus. The app was extremely easy to use, and full of info about the city. I would recommend it, just make sure you buy the right pass for you to make it worth it.

No option to cancel - We were not able to get to where we wanted, the sites we wanted to see due to bad weather. We had to pay to see statue of liberty and the Empire State was telling people there was no view so we didn’t get to use that ticket. The only thing we did use was the bus service 2x from Times Square to Empire State Building.
