Great tour in Spanish - The Tour was in Spanish and they were concerned that the participation of a non-native Spanish speaking Italian might disturb the tour. After they understood that there would be no problems they were the best (compared to 2 other tours carried out in the following two days) for courtesy, professionalism and competence. Bravo: I definitely suggest them.

Great - Lucas was super friendly and dynamic. We don’t walk that much but we get amazing fotos on Lucas recommendations. I do recommend this tour if you are not planing to visit Bronx/Queens, but you want to know a bit of his history. Thanks Lucas!!!

Unmissable - The Eli guide was excellent. Very clear to tell the history of the districts including also their own experience in them.

5 Burrough visit - The driver and young lady that did the speaking were very professional. I just wished the dropoff was where we were picked up even though we were told to be there at 8:20am and the tour bus was not there until 9am

Good. - Stopping longer on some visits, improve existing ones and add more interesting ones. Lots of bus ride. Overall we have been very disappointed. The only interesting thing was getting off in Brooklyn, visiting the area where the bridge ends, which is very nice and walking across it, which is a unique experience. By the way, the Enterprise is Civitàtis.
Otherwise, the trip has been fantastic.
I recommend watching an NBA game in Brooklyn, it's much cheaper than watching the Nicks at Madison. It has good metro communication, the mouth of it is in front of the door of the pavilion.
