Informative and insightful tour from Ray - We had our tour with Ray, and he explained and told us many things that you would not discover or come to know if you self-guided the site. Ray was very knowledgeable, passionate and respectful about the site and tragedy. Thank you for the experience.

A somber world event … good tour of the 911 site. - Dave did good job of explaining the events and showed us good photos. I think he could have spoken louder. Our tour group number was bigger than I expected. But very glad we took this tour.

Emotional and grounding - Amazing emotional tour with personal stories. Jacklyn's sharing of personal stories of many people who lost their lives in 911 and survivors connect you to beyond just that day. Jacklyn's enthusiasm and knowledge is amazing. Doing the observatory after was an amazing opportunity to see the city and area. Liked the use of the iPad as it helped identify different buildings.

Best tour of the 911 site - Jaclyn was outstanding she made the trip personal and memorable. Besides her in-depth knowledge about the site and event, she spoke clearly and easy hear and understood. Finally she was very well organized and kept the group together.
