Book - The driver was funny , helpful and accommodating to my delayed flight issues . The car was clean and smelled good. I only had a little issue booking my exact times but that was a issue with the customer service phone rep not the driver .

Bummer. - We were suppose to be picked up in a comfortable sedan and were met with a sprinter van instead. Still a nice vehicle but not a comfortable, relaxing ride we planned for. Our driver then didn’t put our hotel address in and just drove to where he thought it was, adding extra time to our transfer. It was annoying and not what we paid for at all.

Carmel limo & car operating fraudulent services in Myrtle Beach - no driver, Carmel limo & car Disbatch hangs up - I registered my booking online & reconfirmed the arrival transfer with Carmel car & limo directly 12 hours prior as instructed in the booking, via phone. When we arrived at MYR airport, there wasn't anyone waiting for us with a sign as the booking states. We called the phone number listed to contact if you don't see the driver (1-866-666-6666) and a different local SC transfer answered and advised they didn't have my reservation and it was the wrong company, not Carmel. I called Carmel's customer service line afterwards. Only to be directed to Disbatch to be hung up on at least 3 times when we asked where the driver was. The supervisor of Carmel Disbatch hung up on us as well. At this point, we were waiting for 1 hour in the airport and could not contact Carmel. After several failed attempts to get in touch with Carmel's driver, I called Viator to explain the situation. I advised the fraudulent number Carmel is using to operate it's business in Myrtle Beach and in addition cannot contact the driver. At this point, 90 minutes waiting at the airport, my husband arranged a ride with another company outside of Viator. I was on the phone with Hazel at Viator for a while seeking resolution and to report the fraudulent vendor they are using for transfer services in Myrtle Beach. I requested a refund because the service was not provided by Carmel nor could I get in contact with their driver. Hazel at Viator repeater several times she can only call and email the vendor and after 24 hours maybe will process a refund. As a travel agent, I'm astonished Viator sees no concern in this vendor, Carmel limo, operating fraudulently as their partner in Myrtle Beach. In addition, Viator will not yet refund for a service I didn't receive. This was an absolutely horrible way to start our family vacation. I highly do not recommend this service from Viator & their partner Carmel Limo & car.

Bad car rental - We were supposed to get three cars for 12 people and only one car showed. After confirming three times before our arrival. Also, when we were on the phone the workers were not helpful at all and were rude.

They canceled my car and left me stranded at the airport - As if traveling by plane isn't stressful enough during these times, the car I booked and paid for in ADVANCE was canceled on me while I was in the air. We arrived at MYR airport and went outside only to find no sedan waiting for us. I called, per instructions on an email I received from them, and they said they tried emailing me (you know, while I was in the air) that they didn't have a driver. They told me (while I'm waiting outside the airport) that they had to cancel my car (that I prepaid). I asked them what was I supposed to do. They said they were sorry and that I had to find another way to my hotel, which was half an hour away from the airport. Then they asked if I still wanted the car to pick me up for my return trip to the airport. Yeah, like I'd trust them. Not a taxi to be found. We waited about fifteen minutes for the next cab to appear. It was a $75 cab ride to our hotel. At least the cab driver was nice. I can't believe this company is still in business and with so many destinations! Avoid!
