Not enough information given to us - It wasn’t clear where we should meet our driver. We followed the instructions and they gave us a name and license plate but no phone number and no exact pick up location. When we had all our bags and checked in we still had to wait over 30 minutes for the van to come. The guys at the airport said it would have been cheaper for us to take 2 Ubers.

Disgusting service.. - If I could give zero stars to AirLink Shuttle Bus, I would. This service was beyond unacceptable and caused me severe emotional distress. After an already exhausting international flight and long delays at JFK, I was forced to endure a three-hour nightmare in a shuttle that should have taken one hour. The driver was rude, completely ignored my request to stop at our hotel (which we had clearly communicated), and instead drove past it multiple times, prioritizing other passengers’ drop-offs. I explained I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), a disability that impacts my energy and stress levels. Instead of showing understanding or support, the driver continued on with no concern, pushing me to the point of a panic attack and hyperventilation. In the end, we had to get out and walk to our hotel with our luggage. I thought that was the worst of it — until the return trip. I had booked a pickup for 2:00 PM to make sure I’d get to the airport with plenty of time. The shuttle arrived late, and despite clear communication about my flight time, the driver once again ignored us. Even after another passenger said she was in no rush and we could go first, he deliberately drove to a different terminal before dropping us off — all while using WhatsApp on his phone during the drive! This company shows a shocking lack of professionalism, zero respect for passenger safety, and absolutely no consideration for people with disabilities or urgent travel needs. Avoid them at all costs — pay more for a reliable service and protect your mental and physical health.

use another company - Been loyal customer to this company had no problems until I used their shared ride option in trip in March. Driver unfriendly and rude had to be pay extra 15 dollars as had 3 cases. Not a problem paying the charge. Had no cash had to find ATM driver response was to say hurry up although he was 15 minutes early. To be spoken like that a child wasn't nice. Won't use again I urge anyone else to use a company that actual treats their customers with a bit of respect.

Dishonest society. - Poor and pitiful company without any seriousness. Besides, they're dishonest. The shuttle was refused to us outbound and for the return, they cancelled the transfer for no reason!!! I'm gonna file a complaint with Expedia.
