Best foid, best stories, best stories about food! - My guide Emmeline was fantastic! She had great stories about the locations and was fun to be with. But the Food! Every offering was tge best of the best. And, there were stories about the food, too! My favorite was the Creme Brulee donut at the end. I was stuffed but sorry the tour had to end!

Savour the City! - This was probably one of the most fun tours I have ever experienced! Our tour guide, Amanda, was truly “extra” when it came to her knowledge of the history, passion for the food, connection to the area, and genuine warmth. The tour was seamless, fun, and interesting for all ages - and the portions were big! I highly, highly recommend!

Fabulous !! - Even though it was a grey and chilly February day, AND my husband and I were the only 2 people, the tour went on as scheduled ! We met Emmeline in the bustling Katz's, where we experienced pastrami for the first time ever....fantastic. We had a great time with Emmeline, both as a tour guide, historian, and another friend we've met along the way. As someone who's never been to the Lower East Side, I'll say the food tour was curated perfectly. Who knew there would be a stop for pickles ?? Pickled pineapple is my new favorite fruit. Pair this tour with a visit to the Tenement Museum, and go back to the Essex Market to explore all it has to offer for a perfect day.
