DRJ. ALABAMA - Our visit to the 911 Memorial with Mr. Tim Douglas was very educational entertaining and informational. As Mr. Douglas brought his presentation near the tour, there were many times that you could tell he not only spoke from experience, but also from a heart, being involved in part of the cleanup process if I were visiting the memorial again I would love to have Mr. Tim Douglas as my tour guide.

A must see if visiting New York - I had a good time and the site was personally impactful. Ray was a great guide. As a local New Yorker, he really gave an insight to the history of the area going all the way back to our founding fathers and beyond. For someone who had never been the the twin towers, it was great to see the two pools to visualize the scale of the event. The museum was just OK. I didn't know what to expect and maybe it is hard to create a memorial when the events are still fresh in one memory. European memorial sites seem more impressive so maybe in another 40 years, this will also. The observation deck at WT 1, and the trip to the top was a high light. I could spend hours just gazing out at the NY skyline and busy life below.

Informative tour - Glad we took the tour. Tim Douglas, our guide gave us insight and information we wouldn't have known had we not taken the tour. Now I know why they don't have trash cans and garages in that area. Recommend this tour!!

Great Tour! Worth the price! Must experience!! - Our tour guide Tim Douglas was amazing! A long time New York resident who's well versed on the subject matter. He remembered everyone's name in the tour party, and kept the tour engaging. He pointed things out in Ground Zero for which I would've overlooked had I not taken the tour. Would definitely recommend him as a tour guide to anyone doing the walking tour. The museum was amazing! Its presentation is grand and respectful. Countless artifacts of the day of the tragedy. This museum showcases the individual victims and tells their story. It not only showcases September 11th but also The 1993 World Trade Center Bombing and includes context to the origins of Al-Qaeda. This is the ultimate 9/11 museum. The Observation Tower was the great way to end our all-access tour. You have a whole 360 view of Manhattan island, the Statue of Liberty and the surrounding boroughs. Ultimately I highly recommend this tour!
