Great ride and sights! - This was such a great experience! It was a cold but beautiful day and we were able to upgrade to VIP and sit inside with a free drink for all. DARIUS is the man! He was super knowledgeable but also very funny and entertaining!! Would highly recommend

Fantastic boat tour A+ - Tour guide was very knowledgeable of surrounding areas and knew alot of facts and was very helpful to us as well as be helped us figure out which subway train station to take to our next stop, he was a young man cannot remember his name best. This boat had the BEST views of the statue of liberty along with views of other famous landmarks. The only downside to this is a slow boarding process because there is a steep ramp you must go up to board tbe boat, other than that this tour A+ and they also have snacks, smoothies, beer, wine, and soft drinks on board to purchase.

Nice experience - Nice experience. Our tour guide was very kind and attentive. I went with my family; we passed by the Statue of Liberty and went under the bridges. They arrived on time.

Boat didn’t show. - I wish we could have gone on the tour. We bought tickets online and showed up only for the tour to have been cancelled without anyone alerting us. We had to call them to ask where the boat was and the customer service rep had to call the tour guide to then let us know the tour was not happening.

No boat show - This company is a fraud. I would give minus 10 stars if I could. I paid for the boat Arrived at the meeting point There wasn’t a person in site Not a boat Not a guide Nothing Just disappointment and wasted money on my uber

Horrible - I went to take the boat but they weren’t there. The app said to book the tickets so and so time. They changed my timing from 4.39 to 6pm. It was extremely cold weather with my senior dad. We have been waiting there and there are boats running but not at that station. The app asked to go to dock 0. There are nothing. Horrible service disappointed my whole family wasted my gas money to go there and survive in cold.
