First Time City Traveler - Overall nice experience for the price. Area a bit on the urban feel at that pier. Tour speaker was knowledgeable and the music was nice, not too loud and just right. At beginning and end you will feel the boat movement but, once out of dock a smooth ride. A bit crowded and they ask you for an extra $20 upgrade fee to be in the upstairs per person but, kids 5 and under are free and they give you a free non alcoholic beverage included in the upgrade fee per person including your children’s drink. We paid 2 adult upgrades and got 4 drinks, two for adults and 2 for kids. Seating upstairs was limited just keep that in mind before paying up charge to be at top level. View was perfect therefore it was worth it. Pictures were just a 4x6 with a little plastic over them however, if you Facebook them a picture they will send you all the pictures they took of you so in the end also worth it. Again, overall great experience. Thank you and God Bless.

We were a group of 25 and... - We were a group of 25 and had a great experience overall. While it was a little stressful finding the right dock, we were able to board first as a group, and the vibe on the boat was great!

Nice experience - The ferry itself is rugged the water 💧 that day was choppy so the motion of the trip made me sick.. I did enjoy the sight of the Statue of Liberty..wow what an amazing view…combine with the New York skyline…beautiful view for sure…

Scammmmmmm - just now New Please beware of this company. They scam people from outside at entrance of bettery park where you take cruise for Statue of Liberty. They tell you that they will take you on cruise to Statue of Liberty and they are part of city ferry but it’s all lie . They are private cruise company who just ask you that you want a one hour tour or four hours which pdoesn’t tell you that you can get off the island or not. They sell expensive tickets and around 32 dollar to 39:99 per person . They tell you cruiser is leaving in few mints just hop on the bus which is red bus named hop on or hop off bus. That bus takes you 4 miles away from your right place you are at and once you are there they make you wait two hours and still you have no idea that tey won’t let you go on island they cruise only go around the the Statue of Liberty island . Even on top I told the I don’t wants to go on this cruise be because I wants to go on island they tell you we not going to refund you if you need refund you need to find the person again at same spot where you purchased the ticket but you can’t find no one . They gave me a managers no as well who told me Jo there and call me I will refund you but no one pick your phone or respond back . I had to take uber back for all six people of my family back to same place and buy the tickets again from park which was only 25 dollar per person. So beware their cruse goes from pier 36 dock no 4. …..Do not buys tickets outside of Betery park . I lost 225 dollars
