Insightful 9/11 tour - Amy was great. The weather wasn’t the best but she made the experience enjoyable and insightful. She had a great breadth of knowledge about the history of 9/11. She was very personable and relatable.

911 with Tim Douglas - Tim Douglas made this a trip I’ll never forget. He was very knowledgeable, funny and made sure he remembered everyone’s name. He even got us to see apart of the 911 memorial that happens to be blocked off. Thanks Tim for making this a wonderful experience. Marietta he always said my name I love that made me feel special

Great job, Rob, on our 911 Memorial Tour - Rob, our tour guide, did an awesome job. He was educational mixing the appropriate amount of seriousness to respect the 911 victims and with occasional humor too to lighten the tour and keep it fun. I really liked Rob. I worked 911 as an FBI Agent (assigned to NY temporarily from Oklahoma for about 5 months); but I had never seen the Memorial until this tour. Glad I got to share the tour with my 12 year old son, Colt. Scott Bauer Fort Worth, Texas

Unique perspective from a "survivor" - Great job by tour guide Jimmy. This was a unique perspective on the events of Sept 11 as our guide shared many personal experiences of that day - school, parents, what happened on that day. I appreciated a perspective of someone who literally lived it that day. Funny and poignant throughout the tour, nice balance of each which is not easy given the circumstances of this day. I would recommend to anyone wanting a perspective of an actual "survivor".

911 museum and observatory - Great tour, great information. Helene was very helpful and provided lots of interesting facts. She speaks quickly so you have to really listen. The tour could probably be cut to 1 hour. Too much standing for some. All in all well worth it!
