Take the tour, remember and learn! - Tim was fantastic, very knowledgeable, easy to understand, a great orator! An asset to the experience first team. I’m still trying to hold back the emotions I felt that day in 2001. Thank you NYC.

Highlights of Lower Manhattan - Easy meeting spot near NYSE, guide Dave efficient at getting everyone together. Some groups didn't show and we waited a few extra minutes for them. Dave was knowledgeable and gave a good background to what we saw. I do wish he would have used his microphone as sometimes it was hard to hear him. One of the groups who missed the beginning of the tour was to meet us at the reflecting pools. More time waiting for them and they didn't show. I think this is why we didn't have any time to discuss/see the Battery Park area. Dave was very good getting pictures of whoever wanted them.

Awful 911 tour - Really bad tour. So so slow, went to learn about 911 and facts around this. Instead we learnt about food stalls, where he’s from in NY, the shopping mall, every Q got the answer: it depends. Not one mention of timings in the day, al qaeda, Boston take off, what happened to all the people in the tower etc.
