Not a guided scenic tour. Just a boat ride. - This was a decent ferry ride viewing popular attractions. Sadly, there was no tour guide narration to know what you were viewing. Had it not been for the great security guy (sorry I didn't get his name) that I kept asking questions of, I would not have learned of all there is to see in addition to the Statue of Liberty. Ellis island, Governors Island, Jersey City, the Colgate clock, Water's Soul sculpture and so much more. Thank you, thank you to him!!! Another review said they didn't take Viator tickets, but they do. We had no problems. If you want a guided tour, I'd suggest shopping around.

Overcrowding - Way too many people on the boat. Folks were forced to stand along the railings and it wasn’t possible to see or take pictures if you were seated. Were there life jackets available for everyone? Who knows - no one told us where they were located in case of an emergency.

A big hustle. - This is a big hustle. First, we were greeted as we got off the subway and told that we could buy tickets to a one o’clock ferry and we would see the Statue of Liberty, Brooklyn bridge, and the manhattan bridge. Well, by the time we actually got on the fairy it was 2:30. The ferry ride was only about 40 minutes and we did not see any of those bridges. I would’ve give this one start but the onboard tour guide was really good. Save your money. Take the Staten island ferry for free.

This is an absolute RACKET - This is an absolute scam. They bombard people at battery park getting off the subway. They will tell you the price is $39 or $49 dollars but in reality it’s $59. Then they say it’s tax. They don’t tell you that the ferry you are taking leaves from pier 78. You have to stand in a long line to wait for a bus from battery park all the way back up to pier 78. I bought my ticket at 12:15 pm and was not on my ferry until 2:30, even though we were told that we would have a 1pm tour. The only good part was the photo ops.

Stay away - A complete scam. Agressive sales persons who use misrepresention to flog their products. Asked to refund a trip prior to embarking on it, the sales persons provided a transaction record to back up the claim that the transaction had been cancelled. It had not. As consequence, we ended up paying full price for a product that we did not use. It is at best a scam and, in my view, an entirely criminsl organisation that should be halted by the police.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience - Truly terrible experience, we were charged $119 for this tour which was advertised at around $30. They also charged my card that amount TWICE saying that their paper machine was out so they needed to run the card twice but the money would be returned. This has not been refunded. The tour itself was unremarkable and had nothing to recommend it. I feel as if we have been robbed.

Do not trust them - Worst experience ever. They scammed us, $52 per person. No landing on the Statue island. More than 2 hours waiting. They are a terrible mafia covering themselves.
