Can't get to Time Square without a stop at Hard Rock Café - You can't go to Time Square without a drink at the Hard Rock Café. Ideally located, this "Café musée" is definitely worth a visit. Costumes of the biggest stars, musical instruments and other relics are framed on the walls of the establishment. Casual atmosphere and very affordable rates.

Great Food and New York–Style Vibes HardRock Café TimeSquare NEW YORK - We had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe. The food took a little longer than expected, but the service was friendly and attentive, which made up for it. The burger we had was absolutely delicious, juicy, and well prepared. We also loved that there is a refillable option for soft drinks like soda. The ambiance had a real New York–style vibe, energetic and fun. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back.

Great spot for lunch! - We stopped in for a quick bite to eat during our travels and from being met with really welcoming staff to the waiter who was so lovely ! It’s refreshing coming from the UK to the US where there’s waiting staff who have actual personality and look like they actually enjoy their job! We had 2 beers and 2 salads… shout out to the cob salad… absolutely delicious! We didn’t want to get the usual burger and fries so salad options were selected and boy were we glad we did! HUGE full of flavour and washed down nicely with beer

Expensive but always delicious - Terc was our waiter and did a great job!! We went at 6:10pm on a Monday in December and a party of 4 was an anticipated 45 min wait (to be expected in Times Square). High top tables apparently aren't a part of the wait list, and we got pulled back early! Terc was attentive and ensured we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was great and well decorated. Pretty expensive for a party of 4, but again thats not unusual for a Hard Rock Café in our experience. Great tasting food! We enjoyed the Legendary burger & seasoned fries, wings, & smokehouse meat platter holiday special.

AN EXPERIENCE OF 10 NEXT TO TIMES SQUARE - We loved the experience at Hard Rock Cafe New York. The property is ideal, very attractive and welcoming. The impeccable service, we were greeted with very kindness and very helpful and pleasant table service. The food was delicious, Hard Rock never disappoints. I find it an attractive experience during your stay in New York or a plan if you live there.

Bit of a let down Hard Rock TS - Food was okay however the chips were very greasy which was a bit off putting - service was a little slower than we would have liked and getting the bill also a bit slow. Atmosphere wise being seated was a bit chaotic like the staff were herding cows- peoples were sat all over the floor in the reception area. Welcome was not hugely great and no one cared when we left. Other Hard Rock experiences elsewhere were better in the past. Management seemed to be pandering to some table more than others asking them how their meals were but seemed selective- we were not approached or asked about our food.

A place to eat in the heart of times square - I was there other time, but this time, something was wrong. You have to make a reservation to sit, even if they have empty tables. You can sit at the bar without reservation. I ordered a burger with coke. The coke was flat, even if they changed it, it wasn't good. The burger was acceptable, but the fries no. For a high hand burger place in the heart of times square, this drop of quality isn't acceptable.

Poor - Visited Christmas Eve for dinner. We have been here a couple of times before and had a good experience but this time was very disappointing. Table was grubby, service not great. I was given undercooked chicken, the other three diners meals were poor. No one asked if meals were ok and took three barely touched plates of food away without comment. Best avoided.

Disappointed - Food had to be sent back as overcooked and so hard unable to cut and that was a chicken burger ! Replacement food better but not that brilliant. Service not that great , no offer for dessert or additional drinks yet had the cheek to present us with a bill highlighting recommended amounts for a tip by boxing it in with a blue fluorescent pen . We travel the world and visit many Hard Rock cafes and have never seen a bill chasing tips like this or listened to staff moaning about a tip of $10 from a table of two they’d got .
