Fascinating tour through early New York History (focused on Hamilton and Washington) - highly recommend - This was our second tour with Bruce and it was even better than the first. Bruce gave us tips on other places to see on our own which greatly enriched our trip, he took us to places that were not on maps or tour guides. He is clearly an historian that is passionate about New York City and its history. He was very knowledgeable about the Revolutionary War, answered all of our questions thoroughly and offered information specific to our interests. The places we went were interesting and we felt like we had a clearer picture of the New York Hamilton and Washington knew and lived in. It was fun being "in the room where it happened" for an afternoon. We didn't want the tour to be over it was so interesting. He followed up after the tour with more information bases on our interests and questions for further research and study on our own.

Informative tour with great guide - It was a very interesting tour. We learned a lot, and our guide (Bruce Racond) was an amazing storyteller. It felt as if we were back in the middle of the 18th century :)

It was a very positive experience. Plan on going back. Very curious about Stone Street and those twinkling lights.! - Kudos to Bruce our guide. He really made the lives of Washington and Hamilton come to life. He’s a good storyteller and I appreciate his extended knowledge of the battles and their lives. His knowledge went beyond that. His knowledge of the buildings surrounding us and the streets and parks etc.. glad to learn that Andrew Jackson’s $20 bill will be replaced with Harriet Tubman‘s face. Feel like I learned so much! The admission fee was money well spent for sure. Our tour went a bit over the three hours but I viewed that as a plus.

BEST TOUR IN NYC! VERY BEST TOUR with a wonderful guide, Bruce, who makes learning FUN! Highly recommend this tour!! - This was by far the BEST NYC tour that I have ever been on and I have been on MANY tours over the years. I can’t think of a better way to spend an afternoon than on this tour with the very entertaining and intelligent guide Bruce. You might think you know a lot about Hamilton because you saw the play or the movie but you will learn so much more on this fabulous tour. Great for kids and adults and anyone who is curious about NY History.
