A Place of Reflection and Respect - Visiting the 9/11 Memorial is one of those experiences that stays with you. It’s peaceful, powerful and deeply moving all at once. The design of the fountains those endless streams of water flowing into the footprints of the towers captures something words can’t really describe. It’s both heartbreaking and beautiful. Walking through the museum, you can feel how much care and respect went into preserving the stories of that day. It’s emotional, yes, but it’s also grounding a reminder of the strength and compassion that came out of such tragedy. The space itself is spotless and well-maintained, and the staff are kind and thoughtful. I’d say it’s a must visit for anyone coming to New York, not as a tourist stop, but as a place to pause, reflect, and remember.

Ground Zero and More - Nina was a wonderful guide. On the way to the 9/11 Memorial, she walked us through many historical sites like Bowling Green, the NY Stock Exchange, Wall Street, Trinity Church. Nina's knowledge and love of her city was evident throughout the tour.

A somber reminder of 911. Well worth a visit. - Wow! This was a somber reminder of what happened on 911. Incredible displays and footage all the way round. Harrowing to be honest, and everyone in the museum was quiet and respectful, just taking it all in. The museum was busy. Very crowded and all underground, so there is no daylight in the museum at all. We spent around 2 hours in there. Outside is the memorial for each tower and these are beautiful.

The experience did not... - The experience did not happen at all and no one told us. And no one ever reached out to explain. We will never use Viator again.

Extremely Disappointing Tour & Customer Experience - The 9/11 and option One World Observatory tour was horrible. The tour guide spent more time talking about random New York “facts”, but knew very little about the actual 9/11 memorial. Capping off the extremely disappointing tour, the guide did not provide tickets to the One World Observatory and follow ups with Viator were not helpful. While other tours booked Viator were great, this tour felt like a scam and disappointingly Viator were not helpful. Buyer beware! Highly recommend steering clear
