Fantastic guide - Briana showed us the different key sites of Greenwich village. She gave us an excellent and succinct description of places and famous people. Briana was very personable and we had a lot of fun on the tour. Highly recommend.

Avoid as NO Customer Service Sadly! - Totally unaccommodating and uncaring about safety of customers. We were looking forward to this tour and had booked through go city. As we were leaving the hotel(in plenty of time) my partner slipped of the large curbs & sprained her ankle badly. I emailed prior to the time to say that the accident had made it unsafe to travel and we wouldn’t be able to make it , to not even receive a reply and a notification before the tour had even finished we had been charged the full price for the tour - very unprofessional in my opinion , this would have been free with our go city passes. They have been very unhelpful via email when I emailed to complain about being charged the full price claiming that their guide was also late and they had mailed us to say they where delayed , but again totally disinterested in my partners injury ! Whilst I appreciate there is a cancellation policy I feel there should be some flexibility when it comes to extreme unplanned incidents and the safety of customers should be paramount. We obviously could not have given more than the 2 days required notice as this was totally unexpected & my partner was mortified ! This is the only company we had issue with on the go city passes everyone else was very accommodating to the injury and allowed changes. We visited a total of 18 attractions with the excellent Go City Passes, but avoid Top Dog Tours , as they are anything but top Customer Service sadly
