Personable and knowledgeable - This was our 1st time in NY and we were interested in the historical facts of The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Kevin was perfect! Very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. We were so glad we chose this particular tour package. Thank you Kevin for a memorable morning.

Incredible tour! - Charlie was an incredible tour guide. He kept us engaged and laughing, and taught us so much about the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. This was a meaningful trip for me as I knew my great-grandparents came through Ellis Island and Charlie knew just how to make it special. We wouldn’t hesitate to use him and Babylon Tours again.

We LOVE New York--- and our tour guid "Charlie" : ) - Our Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island tour was really wonderful. Our Tour Guide, Charlie was a fantastic guide. He was so friendly and his style was animated and very engaging with us all -- it was like he became part of the family : ). He made sure we had all of the important facts and got us in and out and off the ferry quickly and efficiently haha! He even took a selfie on my phone which I found later after the tour which was pretty hilarious! Charlie supplied us with a nice list of additional "must sees" for places to see and restaurants that he thought we would enjoy, and we did go to a few of them and all were great recommendations. Charlie is a keeper, and we will never forget him (especially since we have a nice photo of him added to our NYC Trip photos. Thanks again for a great job and fun tour.

Downright Awesome 👏 - Just did an amazing tour semi private through Babylon Tours with an awesome guide Charlie M. Weather held off the whole time a little wind otherwise non factor. Charlie did a fabulous job. Starting with communication via our cell
Devices by directing us to Battery Park (our meeting place) The Clinton Castle and providing us with a great photo of himself for easy identification.
We were a little knowledgeable of Ellis Island we thought. Charlie wowed us with his historical knowledge and background on the facts. He is well rounded in not just Ellis Island and Liberty Island. Charlie is a well traveled gentleman of the world. Background in NYC and surrounding sites throughout this NE region and numerous destinations in the world.
He is so personable and an all around happy and pleasant man. We felt truly blessed throughout the morning. Can’t say enough about his enthusiasm for what his does. Charlie is a true American Ambassador.

Statue of Liberty tour review - Charles is absolutely FANTASTIC!! He's extremely warm, personable, engaging and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to try and connect with our kids and appeal to their interests. Then at our tourism end, he went above and beyond to mine his contacts and get us a reservation at a local restaurant.
I ecommend him unreservedly!

trip - I would very much like to talk to somebody about the experience that I just had. I paid way too much money and was misled and that's being nice on what to expect the gentleman that gave us. The tour was a very nice man and did a very good job other than that I am very disappointed and I may call my credit card company and pull the credit card. Please get back to me.
